We set up an job with them several weeks in advance and had several confirmations and moved vehicles and equipment to prepare for the job. 30 minutes before their arrival they call and said that they had double booked and were not in my area so I canceled and found someone else that could handle their appointments in calendar better. read more

I was quoted to power wash my driveway which was stone pavers after I had just moved into a new home as well as my walkways, patios and pool area. They charged me $2,000+ and did half the job. I was also suprised and confused when the driveway didn't look any different and was told by the sales rep I spoke with that I shouldn't have expected any color change on old pavers in my driveway which I likely wouldn't've had them clean if they had told me it would have virtually no impact. On top of all that they skipped my back porch, the grilling area attached to the pool and the walkway to the fire pit behind my house. Overall it was a poor experience that cost me thousands and left me feeling scammed. They also stacked a mountain of patio furniture up in the corner of my pool area and did not put it back in place after cleaning and managed to spray a bunch of paving sand into my pool. I wrote this on their feedback column but never heard back from them at all. Would not recommend using this company. read more

I really wanted to like this business, they were competitive with their pricing and very nice to deal with, however the tennis court ( private community) was damaged with paint lifted off exposing the cement layer. I asked the owner if he would give us a break on the bill as now we had to figure out a way to repair this however this was not made available. And to add insult to injury I was contacted after the job was done to pay up and apologized for the damaged court and offered a $200 discount. However there was something fishy about this text and I notified the owner who said his system was hacked!!! I asked if he would honor the hackers discount and I got a no!! read more

Rolling Suds did such a great job power washing our 3 story townhouse. There was a lot of residue on the house from the trees and parts of it being in the shade and I am amazed at how great it looks. Not only did they do the house, they took the time to power wash my patio chairs (which needed washing desperately) and that was a complete surprise to me. They came to give me an estimate when they said they would and actually wanted to do the job sooner than we needed. The price quoted was the price we were charged, and it was very reasonable. My condo complex used these people to power-wash our siding. Claim was that they used a weak (.5%) solution of sodium hypochlorite and Dawn dish soap. I use moss as my ground cover, and every place the solution touched was immediately bleached white, and stayed that way! The ground cover was obvious--- they were standing on it when they killed it. read more

If you are concerned about plants and shrubbery around your home, I would not recommend Rolling Suds. We had to prune a number of plants that sustained damage from the chemicals used and a large number of others are still showing the affects. Many of our peonies, hydrangeas, and boxwoods have yet to recover completely and we are unsure if we will need to replace them permanently. When I called the vendor, they said to wait a few weeks as plants usually recover. Unfortunately only a few have recovered. read more

The stained stucco, the siding, the front porch and walkways were all transformed into clean, like-new surfaces after Rolling Suds was finished. They did what they said they would do. They would have received a perfect score if one of the workman hadn't tossed a door mat onto my growing herbs next to the door, oblivious that the tomatoes and herbs should not be crushed.
