We live in the desert so it took awhile to make an appointment happen, but once there, my daughter and I were both calmed by Dr. Lim's relaxed demeanor and her willingness to listen fully to both of our concerns. I can tell when my daughter is comfortable with someone by the clarity of her speech, as the accident caused her to struggle with aphasia, especially when she isn't comfortable with where she's at or who is in her space. With Dr. Lim, my daughter spoke cleary and was able to communicate her health challenges pretty much on her own. I went up to the front desk to ask when I would be seen, and we were reassured that I was next. However, shortly after that, they called another patient instead. At that point, we felt like we were being completely overlooked. There was also a woman at the front desk who appeared to be a manager or supervisor (I don't know her exact position). She was spending a significant amount of time talking with another person instead of following up with the doctor or checking on the patients who had already been waiting. We eventually became so frustrated that we walked out without my husband ever being seen. I honestly chose this location because of the great reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that businesses can get busy and that waits can happen, but telling us there was no wait, making us wait over 30 minutes, repeatedly telling us we were next, and then continuing to call other people ahead of us is not acceptable customer service. Hopefully management addresses the way patients are being checked in and prioritized, because this experience felt extremely unprofessional and left a very bad first impression. Dr. G is the best!…read more I've been meaning to look for a chiropractor due to my back and poor posture. I had a thorough exam with Dr. G and he was very precise and to the point. During the X-ray, he told me I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. The thing I appreciate about Dr. G is that he'll do the adjustments a little bit each time. I can't imagine going through all those cracks and manipulation like the videos on social media. There's also a therapy room in the back for ice/heat treatment as well as a roller table. They also have an in-house massage therapist. Everyone is really friendly and I enjoy coming here for my sessions.

I was a previous patient but because of the time that went by I had to fill out a bunch of new paperwork (not a problem). After the 20 minutes it took to fill out the paperwork to then wait in line again to hand to the reception, I sat back and waited another 20 minutes by the reception because seats were limited and no one told me to go anywhere else. After minute 20, the receptionist came up to me and told me to go wait on the other side of the room so the chiropractors can see that I'm waiting for them.... The whole setup with 2 different sides is just dumb and confusing. 40 minutes in, someone finally came up to me (it was Dr. G) and he said are you ready to get adjusted... I said I'm here for a consultation I've been here 40 minutes... I wasn't sure why I was on the side to get an adjustment because I needed X-rays first. How could you adjust me when you haven't seen my X-rays first? Someone could have easily done that while I was waiting! He then said one moment and came back in 5 minutes and then just had me sit down to get adjusted because the X-ray technician was not available. At this point I was just letting it be. He finished the adjustment and said to schedule my next appointment and was getting rid of me quickly.
