This review is overdue, but it needs to be done…read more Long story short, a few years ago when masks were mandatory, I knew very little about skincare and how to treat my skin. Understanding my skin is oily, but not understanding what that means and what products I needed, I began to get cystic acne. This left HORRIBLE scarring. I did multiple rounds of microneedling (3) and multiple rounds of Opus (2) , with only some progress with my skin - and they were painful procedures + horrible downtime. Fast forward to the beginning of Summer 2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the beginning of the summer. I expressed my concerns, and listened to her recommendations; Three rounds of super injector microneedling. I was pleasantly surprised when Rachel told me what to expect and what the down time looks like. I started my first session in June, then again in July and lastly in August. I moved overseas in September, so time was of the essence! Downtime was almost none. Pain? None. I didn't even use numbing cream, that's the best part! During the appointment, Rachel used products to prep my skin both BEFORE and AFTER the microneedling. The first session I actually fell asleep, and i'm so grateful that Rachel didn't mind my snoring!! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work. I'm not sure any other esthetician will top this, for me. I'll be sure to come back any chance I get to visit home. It is very beautiful and inviting inside. The wall is marble (or look alike) and there is a small sitting area to the right as you walk in and the wall is attractively showcasing their skin care line. The hallway is pretty long and each room was equipped with all their tools and products. Makayla was very nice. She was also very knowledgable with everything scalp and skin. She did my entire face and scalp facial. At the very beginning, she loosened up my scalp with a scrape brush and used the microscopic light to magnify my scalp. OMG I can't believe how much care my scalp needed. I had a very relaxing facial. She massaged my décolletage, washed my scalp and hair. I was also given a warm eye mask scented with lavender. She also had a foot/leg warmer and massager. This was amazing!! Everything was wonderful. I could see the huge difference it made when she used the microscopic laser again! She came back with green tea and cookies. All this is $350. On the services menu it shows this package is 2.5 hours. I was a bit sad when she told me she was finished and it had only been 2.25 hours. I absolutely am thrilled and happy with this experience. I welcome any and all gift certificates for Esme. Would I continue to pay for these experiences? There were…read moreso many things that warranted a 1 star review: - the first few minutes were used to get a bucket of water to soak our feet in. The water was lukewarm at best, they didn't ask if we were satisfied with the water temp - the next 10 to 15 minutes were used to give us neck and shoulder massages. We bought foot massage service for a reason, they cut into the 60 minutes we wanted for our feet - they tried to use cupping on each sole but the cups didn't stick, was very flimsy having a syringe like gadget to put air in the cups but it was broken; the technician even said his son was playing with it and they need to get a new one. Trying to get the cupping to work took away 10 minutes of our allotted massage time - I got a masseuse who was kneading too much that I ended up with bruises (see photo) - they normally have 1 person working there do they had to schedule an extra person to come in for our appointment. Because they were there and didn't have any more appointments, they said they can do our back massage. Didn't disclose that it was for extra so we ended up with services we didn't need and we paid more for what was already unsatisfactory experience. Will not come back and hope this review helps others beware!

I originally paid for 3 massages, used 1 (was dreading the rest) but after leaving her messages/texts and hearing nothing back, I then had to fight w/groupon to get a refund for the 2 unused.
