We received our tub earlier than expected and have been enjoying this magnificent piece of machinery since the beginning of August. I visited the McKinney…read morebranch of the Texas Hot Tub Company ( I bought my first hot tub from them when they were Coleman Backyards). I had an exceptional experience purchasing a new Hot Springs hot tub from them. It started with Daan in Sales - he is a very kind, welcoming individual that helped us make a purchasing decision and recommended things that we had not thought of. Pricewise, they were extremely competitive and we were quite happy (I had been considering a purchase at the Costco Hot Springs Hot Tub Expo). They invited me to their Hot Tub University the next day - I somewhat reluctantly accepted as it was a Saturday and sitting in class didn't sound as good as biking, but going was a brilliant decision. The hour long class was led by Jimmy - it was extremely informative about starting and maintaining a salt water hot tub. It was also very entertaining and really more of a dialog with the ~20 attendees. We probably spent more time with questions than class. Hot Tub University was absolutely worth attending. I spent another hour discussing with Eddie (who had installed my first hot tub that I am now replacing) about the details of the hot tub that I had purchased and the best approaches for deck design for maintenance access. We also reviewed pictures of the access approach for delivery. It was just a great experience - Great people, Great products, Great service, Great price - Highly recommended.

I have extreme chronic pain and health issues and we were interested in purchasing a hot tub as heat, massages and water therapy help so much! He listened to my health concerns, what I was hoping to get from it, showed me some lower cost options and then what he thought would be most beneficial for me. He then gave us a quote, we went home and got some quotes for the concert base (he gave us suggestions with that too and things to make sure we ask about) and he was available for all my questions. We went back in and make the purchase and a few weeks later we were able to go back in, actually get in the hottub and try all the jet packs. It took me longer than it should because I was trying to see how each effected my body but he was SO KIND and didn't rush us at all. DONT go anywhere else. Head straight in and ask for Cody. I will be referring everyone to him. Honestly the best. ** I will add to my review once delivered**
