I was told a credit check would be run and I would be offered financing. After three days, I received a call. I was then told I was denied credit, but they would finance from a company called "US Credit" at 18%. I declined this and asked for a refund of my deposit. They claim it was earnest money (which is a legal term for a deposit in good faith) I never had the spa in my possession. They had the spa still at their store. It was less than a week from when I put down the deposit. They refused to return my deposit. I have no problem with being denied credit, though I know my credit score is in the high 700's. I do however know that laws in all states allow for return of product in original condition with in a certain time, usually 15 days minimum. Morgan Spas is a company that will do this bait and switch on financing. Horribly managed. Many problems with deliveries, then not admitting they made mistakes. When they finally did deliver, they promised it would be first thing in the morning. At 11 am, they still were not on the way, as they were waiting for permits that they requested too late. Once on site, poor job with the set up. No cinder blocks to put under shed. It is so unstable, we have to fix it before we can use it. Never again!

The hot tub broke shortly after we moved in (of course), and it being literally built into the retaining wall, I was desperate to repair it rather than have it replaced. Enter Lindsey's Pools & Spas into the picture. They got us up and running in no time, and even had their electrician contact come out and replace a broken breaker in the middle of a service call, saving me from calling an electrician myself. Yes, you can get the balance 300 and 100 at Walmart. Just look up the names and buy the common product across the street--baking soda, calcium chloride, shock, salt...all 75% cheaper.

They proceeded to excuse their team and then eventually told us how they planned to remediate the issue of damaging our cover by giving us 10% off of our bill or 10% off of a brand new cover. We felt kind of stuck because that's all they would do, but we did voice our disapproval of their remediation plan. We had honestly contracted them to help us fix a problem, not create a problem....

Techs came out a week ago to accomplish the work and didn't even bother to let us know they were done. A few days later, I was charged for the service call, but did not receive an invoice of the work that was accomplished. I called and left a message over the weekend that I did not receive an invoice and that I needed follow up service. I was emailed an invoice this morning with no explanation of why I didn't not get one in the first place. I called and talked to Matt who was very unapologetic and made excuses for why he didn't send the invoice like he should have. When I explained that it would have been nice to also have acknowledgement of the upcoming service that we needed, he acted like he didn't care and actually hung up in the middle of our conversation. Multiple reviews here stating the lack of customer service and communication. Buyer beware!
