I was told a credit check would be run and I would be offered financing. After three days, I received a call. I was then told I was denied credit, but they would finance from a company called "US Credit" at 18%. I declined this and asked for a refund of my deposit. They claim it was earnest money (which is a legal term for a deposit in good faith) I never had the spa in my possession. They had the spa still at their store. It was less than a week from when I put down the deposit. They refused to return my deposit. I have no problem with being denied credit, though I know my credit score is in the high 700's. I do however know that laws in all states allow for return of product in original condition with in a certain time, usually 15 days minimum. Morgan Spas is a company that will do this bait and switch on financing. They…read morescheduled over 6 different times for delivery, then always called after we waited at home and missed work with no pay, no cancel again and again. When they finally did deliver, they promised it would be first thing in the morning. At 11 am, they still were not on the way, as they were waiting for permits that they requested too late. Once on site, poor job with the set up. No cinder blocks to put under shed. It is so unstable, we have to fix it before we can use it. Never again!

Takes a lot for me to leave bad reviews so to say I'm flustered is an understatement! After spending around $3k with them this summer on products like a Dolphin robot, cleaning tools, their summer opening cleaning service, and chemicals that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere, I am leaving because of $20. I bought from them because I wanted to support a local small business and THOUGHT they sold and guaranteed quality products and would stand behind that guarantee. THEY DO NOT! In May I replaced a 5 year old skimmer basket with one from their store which is in the pictures. Today, that basket that I purchased from Lindsey's broke and came right off of the bottom. There was no debris in the basket because I clean it daily and maintain my pump with regular service. So there was no extra "suction" on the basket to explain the break. Like I said the last basket I had prior to this one was 5 years old so clearly I know how to take care of a swimming pool and the subsequent parts. I have to mention that the handle of the Lindsey basket broke off on day 1 but since I have a skimmer hook to take the basket out I let it slide and didn't complain. I should have taken it back right then! There was nothing that would've caused this other than a defective poor quality product. When I brought it back to them, a young man said yeah that is crazy, that it doesn't happen often and proceeded to look the basket over trying to figure it out. Then a young lady came, grabbed a new basket and said "I can get you down here" and proceeded to tell me it was $20 to get a replacement. She wasn't rude but, there was no discussion of any kind of guarantee from the Hayward brand when I asked and not even "I apologize for that happening". Just launched straight into selling me another one. No thank you! Absolutely not spending $20 for a product that only last three to five months that I will have to continually replace. I can get better quality from a cheap no name Amazon product. I asked if Hayward had a brand promise/guarantee and wasn't given an answer. That's not the first poor encounter I've had with them this summer either but I stayed with them because the girls behind the counter, specifically the girl named Joni, were always so sweet to me and seemed knowledgeable about chemicals. I have given them multiple chances but this was the $20 straw that broke the camel's back! Super sad over that.

They were able to take our sketch and turn it into a beautiful design. After signing the contract, work began immediately. Throughout the entire construction process, they were diligent in moving the project along and were great in giving us status updates. Techs came out a week ago to accomplish the work and didn't even bother to let us know they were done. A few days later, I was charged for the service call, but did not receive an invoice of the work that was accomplished. I called and left a message over the weekend that I did not receive an invoice and that I needed follow up service. I was emailed an invoice this morning with no explanation of why I didn't not get one in the first place. I called and talked to Matt who was very unapologetic and made excuses for why he didn't send the invoice like he should have. When I explained that it would have been nice to also have acknowledgement of the upcoming service that we needed, he acted like he didn't care and actually hung up in the middle of our conversation. Multiple reviews here stating the lack of customer service and communication. Buyer beware!
