If I could give no stars, I would. I was treated very poorly as a returning customer regarding a service call. Techs came out a week ago to accomplish the work and didn't even bother to let us know they were done. A few days later, I was charged for the service call, but did not receive an invoice of the work that was accomplished. I called and left a message over the weekend that I did not receive an invoice and that I needed follow up service. I was emailed an invoice this morning with no explanation of why I didn't not get one in the first place. I called and talked to Matt who was very unapologetic and made excuses for why he didn't send the invoice like he should have. When I explained that it would have been nice to also have acknowledgement of the upcoming service that we needed, he acted like he didn't care and actually hung up in the middle of our conversation. After reaching out to several pool companies, we chose Diamond Pools to install our in-ground Hot Tub/Tanning Deck, and we couldn't be happier with our choice and the results. They were able to take our sketch and turn it into a beautiful design. After signing the contract, work began immediately. Throughout the entire construction process, they were diligent in moving the project along and were great in giving us status updates. If/when we had questions, the responses were always almost immediate and to our great satisfaction. Absolutely a 5-star experience. read more

Multiple issues - Service scheduled for a day and not showing and not calling. Then not showing the next day. Then finally reaching them fri and they had a truck out of commission but no solution until Monday (we had a leak). The tech did the repair without a quote and they charged without discussing what was done or how charged. But then didn't even make sure it was fixed and working before leaving. Called a few days later to get them back out. Same tech said the motor was seizing up which would be 2500-3000. Nope, it was two $8.44 capacitors and pump fired right up. Then had the gall to charge me for that trip after leaving a message for the owner to discuss. Then Adam hung up on me. I'm flipping furious. I understand during COVID things are difficult for everyone and times are changing toward a new way of doing things. I feel communication goes a long way ESPECIALLY during difficult times. We moved to a new house with an in ground saltwater pool and are first time pool owners. I did tons of research on YouTube to try to learn as much as I could about maintaining a saltwater pool correctly. I learned as much as I could on my own but didn't quite understand everything and most certainly didn't know how to prepare for winter. I found Diamond Pools close to the house and decided to reach out to get a lesson on my pool AND learn what options I had to prepare for winter. Anticipating this was probably a busy time for them I preplanned and called 3 weeks in advance to when it was supposed to be getting close to the 40°F mark (giving myself a freezing buffer). The first week I called I was told I would get a call back sometime to get on the 'list'. Didn't hear anything from them. Second week I called back again I was told I would receive a call back. Third week still no call back. I felt brushed aside and believe me if there was some else to call I would have! Third week I finally had to become a little pushy. Still nothing on the schedule just a 'your name is in a pile'. On the Friday of the fourth week I get a call from the tech saying he was going to be at my house in 20 minutes and if I couldn't be there then he wouldn't be able to look at the pool any other time. Last minute very unorganized. So I drop everything I'm doing rush over. The instruction from Casey was great he was thorough, nice, and answered everything I asked except he didn't know about the freeze protections with that particular software (pentair) and what the options for the winter so. He told me he had to ask his brother and get back to me. Well.. again nothing from them for another 2 weeks. I called and called trying to get help before the first freeze bc I didn't have a clue what to do and didn't want to ruin my 100k pool. Well.. the first freeze came and I was left high and dry to figure it myself. I had to stay up until 3.30am checking and watching to see what it would do to make sure it didn't freeze and have pipes burst. Finally after watching THANK THE LORD it had its own freeze protections and did everything it needed to on its own. I got so lucky. No thanks to Diamond pools. I had it down and felt good about what I had to teach myself. 3 weeks after the first couple freezes the brother TEXTS me and says "I'm ready to come out and take a look at your pool now - I had to get other customers pools covered" ..!!!! I was outraged! - so #1 what happened was they wanted to take bigger ticket items and didn't really care much about coming out to help me bc they weren't going to make as much money #2 ITS ALREADY BEEN FREEZING!! The whole reason I called A MONTH ahead of time was so I would be prepared! -- so then I asked to speak with the owner so I could inform her that there is some sort of breakdown in communication somewhere and she needed to be aware.. no word from her either! After 2 months of trying to get some help! So it's looks like poor leadership trickles down to service. Oh but wait! It gets better! After winter is coming to an end Thursday Feb 25, 2021 they call for their invoice to be paid!!! Hahaaaa I'm just laughing at this point. So once again (for like the 10th time) I explain that the job was never completed and I was left high and dry! The front desk person says ok I'll talk to the boss and call you back.. yep! You guessed it! No call back! Today March 1st they finally call back to tell me that ticket was going to be waived BUT I would still need to pay for the chlorine they used on my instructional visit!!! Can you believe that! Lololol! ... all in all they get away with this bc it's a small town with no competition for pool business. If your a person looking to start a business start a pool service you could easily crush them! read more

Find someone else, I've heard every excuse in the book, 5 months in and our pool still isn't done, people are building houses faster than my pool. Pick another pool company. read more

New Pool Owner. Bought a house with a pool in disrepair. I got quotes from 4 different pool companies. Diamond pools are professionals and so far the only pool company worth your time in Central Arkansas. Chris Reeves met at my house and gave me a quote the next day on getting my pool up and going. He also quoted equipment and talked me through the pricing and what I would need versus what I could possibly want and get in the future. He seemed experienced and knew alot about his profession. First review of this company is that they are what a company should strive to achieve according to this disabled Veteran. read more

Diamond Pools was very helpful in getting us set up with a new pool. The price was fantastic and Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Shelly knew the type and kind of water we would be using. She supplied us with a pool start up package that was right on the money. We are very happy and will be giving them all our outdoor business. read more
