We were babysitting our 3 grandchildren for the weekend so they had a blast checking out the pond display and yard decor inside. The pond display has a few fish but the highlight was watching the turtle! We went outside and saw all the baby fish in the tanks and lots of pond and bog plants to choose from. We saw Sid who was working outside and we had a few questions for him. Sid was great! He was very helpful and kind, answered all of our questions and even offered up some suggestions! After we chose the plant we wanted, he carefully wrapped it up for the trip home. He made sure to tell us how to fertilize the plant and we bought some tablets to use in the future. If I hadn't been so far into the project I would have fired him. He told me in front of my daughter that he wanted to date me and lay on the sofa, drink wine with me and cuddle (barf!) and I rejected him then 3 days later I got a bill for more than double what I owed! I sent him an email showing him the math and exactly what I owed. He argued with me and sent me to collections. when I gave the collection agency all of my emails and photos they apologized for what I had been through. I was at the show room and was amazed at the quality of the Marquis hot tubes in the show room verses what I received. Southern Leisure is doing the right thing replacing it. I did not want nor buy a blemished hot tub I paid full price for it. Now its up to Marquis to build my replacement to the quality standards I have seen in other Marquis hot tubes. Colby with Southern Leisure was great he was very understanding of my frustration with the issues and in the end came up with a solution that was just and fair.

I have visited the store and called, only to be told the regional manager will call me - still waiting on that call.
