They came, tested the water and did their best to see if it could be chemically treated. Unfortunately we needed to dump the water and start from scratch. They emptied the pool, did an acid wash, changed out the sand in our filter and made the process of refilling the pool as easy as possible. For every appointment, the gentleman who were performing the maintenance/cleaning were on time and absolutely pleasant to work with. They spend time to explain every step of the process and were happy to answer all of my questions. We're very pleased with the services we received and the cost, to me was very reasonable. We're able to enjoy our pool again.

Probably should have gotten an attorney involved!!! Last year I dealt with Glen Yates, who is a snow bird in Hawaii about the inspection, got a couple things done, but only when I got my city councilor involved!!
