Extremely disappointed with this place and would NOT recommend them to anyone…read more My boyfriend purchased new rims and tires here, and somehow they managed to damage his rims and tires multiple times. The first time, they scratched his rim during the installation. What made it even worse was that they tried to blame the damage on him, despite the fact that we literally watched it happen. Rather than taking responsibility, they were immediately defensive. We brought the vehicle back to have the damage addressed, and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted like we were inconveniencing them and seemed more interested in getting us out the door than actually fixing the problem they caused. Then, on our most recent visit, they finally repaired the damaged rim -- only to cause ANOTHER issue in the process by putting a significant gouge in the sidewall of his tire. At this point, this is beyond an honest mistake. Three separate instances of damage to brand-new rims/tires is completely unacceptable. We trusted this business with an expensive purchase and instead had to repeatedly come back to deal with damage that should never have happened in the first place. If you care about your wheels and tires, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went in pre approved with one credit agency but the salesman trash talked them and convinced me to apply for another credit agency they work with. He filled out the info on the store computer and when i was accepted he told me the terms. Unfortunately, he LIED about what i would be expected to pay. Never told me after 90 days the loan would over double what i had to repay. They then tried to talk me into paying an extra $80 to spray paint my brake calipers. Had to go back because my dash light for tire pressure wouldn't go out. I was then informed they charge $300 extra to install pressure sending units. I feel that the whole deal was misrepresented to me and will never go back or recommend them.

When I started calling the Detroit area came across best tires very close to where my sister lives that I was visiting. Their price was about 40% less than I could find it for anywhere in Wisconsin. The tires I was quoted in Wisconsin were for the most part brand name, and these that I bought from best tires were not. They were offbrand and I paid less because of that but they still have the 60,000 mile warranty as I was expecting. I will be returning this may my neighbor will need tires for his late model Silverado, and when I called best tires they buy the least expensive prices out there. I did look at another place very close and they were about $50 less but I got put on the back burner and the manager of that other store never emailed me my information for tire prices, tire size tire style etc. even after calling and reminding him twice. I will go back to tires and pick up the next set for my neighbor and bring them back to Wisconsin upon my return. I see reviews where people think they got poor service, and I was in the autobody industry for 35 years before I retired and everybody slips through the cracks sometimes. I did not everything was as they said, and I will go back again.

Lets review Macomb Tilch Road Discount Tire…read more These places experiences vary from place to place so I usually take this into account. This location has been very good to me each and everytime I have been here. I got cheap tires, probably worth more than the car they are going on. My experience was good. They didn't try to upsell me or try anything funny and I have been happy with what I got here. That is how most of these places work, like Pep Boys who have a nice little corner in Hell waiting for them where they can rot with Comcast, Banks, and Auto Insurance companies. Now, let us talk about why I love this place. (so far) Living here in Michigan, you all know that our roads are by far the worst roads in the world. I have driven crappy roads in horrible places in the world like Mexico and Louisiana and nothing will wear out a car and cause so much tire damage like Hall or Mound Roads. THIS Discount Tire has done well on FREE tire repairs for me. It takes a while to wait but they do good work. I work near Centerline and there's a Discount Tire on Van Dyke. I took a tire that kept losing air there to repair and those clowns told me it was fixed after a wait of more than 2 hours. I kept losing air on it and kept filling it. I took it to this place and my suspicions were correct. Centerline Discount Tire never repaired it. Those idiots said they did. Well, no big deal as it is supposed to be free and it was. Tilch Road Discount Tire went ahead and repaired it and also told me about some issues with the suspension. Point is, that I trust these guys so far and they have done a great job selling and servicing me. The guys have been very good here too at this location, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I never though I would support one of these places again, but this one is a very good one.
