On a random Sunday I decided to visit Liljenquist & Beckstead in Westfield Montgomery Mall with real hope. I left impressed by the team and even more motivated to keep working toward my dream watch. I've been grinding for over 12 years. My partners and I recently launched our own business, and it has exceeded every expectation. This success has me ready to invest in a meaningful piece the Rolex GMT-Master II "Bruce Wayne" something I can wear every day as a reminder of the grind and eventually pass down to my kids as a family heirloom. Jeff Kaufmann was fantastic. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a new setting and could use my current one for "scrap metal." I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the way this was handled.
