I just called to confirm they are still ok for tomorrow, and the guy says I have to leave the vehicle, and refused to provide an estimate. Why would a shop have a problem with a customer waiting for service (like every other place I've been to)? It's a big shop, so I presume they know what they're doing, and shouldn't have any trouble preparing a rough estimate, at least as far as how many hours it will take if all goes to plan... I have been to a lot of shops, and have never had this kind of experience. I highly recommend using a different shop, as these guys made no effort to provide good customer service, and it seems they are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Heartland Tire seems to be a much more trustworthy operation. They didn't have time to help me on such short notice, but took the time to discuss, and were honest about their availability.

The spots that were marked for parking were full so I just ended up parking next to other cars that I wasn't sure were being worked on or if I was okay to park next to. Turns out it was fine and I love my anxiety! When I walked up to the door and up to the counter I had no one greet me. . . I felt a little lost since I had never been to any tire place. I just stood there twiddling my thumbs as I waiting for someone to acknowledge me. This part was painless and started to ease my anxiety. They asked what type of car I had, the issue, and I handed them my keys. I sat and waited a little bit in one of the few chairs that were left. After a short time, for the amount of people in the waiting room, a nice man came up to me with my tire to show me the rubber flakes gathered at the bottom. MY TIRE WASSSS TRASHED because I ended up riding so low on it for who knows how long. Luckily! The number one reason I rated them a four! They had a "used tire" and offered to put it on. It only costed me $35 TOTAL! The tire looked brand new as it still had the Nubs on it. I left very pleased!

I don't remember when, perhaps the 80's, Chuck started working for Andy and eventually took over. I have brought vehicles new to us in for an alignment, only to be told that "It looked fine". Rather than charge for the alignment, Chuck would charge an inspection fee, something much less than expected. I always feel I have gotten a great value when I get my vehicle serviced there. Speedy turn around, great service, more than fair prices, expert knowledge. Only way it would be better is if it were free.

They are so focused on making money they don't care about your personal issues, life or what's going on with the resl shit behind the scenes. They also take customers word no matter what and never defend the employee in any way. The company had a huge falling out at one point due to Josh refusing to hire a kid who was I believe 17 and had a mild case of aspergers and he refused to hire him on the basis "it's a liability for me on what he can say to customers" even though the kid applied for over a year and didn't even land a Interview or a call back.
