It's where we get gas, get snacks, get Cinnabon, and all that, but also it's spacious, feels safe, and has everything you might want or need and then some. It's so much a part of our road trips that we don't even think or talk about stopping there - we just do. The moment I placed my items on the counter, their conversation stopped and one of the ladies approached me. She smiled and asked if I found everything. I believe she made a suggestion and I declined. Her service was amazing. Her smile contagious. When I told her that she impressed me with her customer service, she introduced herself as Mandi Porsch, the Store Manager. I was so impressed with how Mandi handled her customer. Mandi is what I look for in customer service and would have recruited her in a heartbeat. Cubbies, hang on to Mandy. She is amazing at treating the customer number one!! Here's an Atta Girl Mandi!!!
