It's where we get gas, get snacks, get Cinnabon, and all that, but also it's spacious, feels safe, and has everything you might want or need and then some. It's so much a part of our road trips that we don't even think or talk about stopping there - we just do. They have a Caribou Coffee and Pizza Hut inside which is convenient and my husband ended up buying some coffee from Caribou Coffee for our drive. Employees were very nice and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean and the coffee was good too. Definitely worth the stop for the bathroom and coffee alone, but if you need food as well they have lots of options.

The moment I placed my items on the counter, their conversation stopped and one of the ladies approached me. She smiled and asked if I found everything. I believe she made a suggestion and I declined. Her service was amazing. Her smile contagious. When I told her that she impressed me with her customer service, she introduced herself as Mandi Porsch, the Store Manager. I was so impressed with how Mandi handled her customer.
