Contrary to the name above, this location from the street is called…read more '12th Street Touchless" and happens to be the BEST car wash in Le Mars. It's predominant feature (as it's name denotes) is that it does not have grimy cloths or brushes scratching the surface of your car- it is completely touchless. They have two manual truck and two manual car bays and two automatic car washers. Their automatic prices are reasonable ranging from $5 for the basic to $8 for the deluxe. During the day in the summer, you will oftentimes be greeted by one of the friendly owners, Don & Don who will go the extra step and spray bug remover on your car's grill (enzyme spray). I've gone to the other locations in Le Mars and find 12th Street Touchless to be the best.

What a disappointed after washing there was still a lot of dirt in the wheel casing, and the chrome was stilll dirty on the back hutch I just turned around and asked for a rewash, what was even a bigger disappointment when I got the answer that they aren't washing the wheel casing and they aren't suppose to get on there Knies to do so. I offered to show them how to spray that dirt off without doing funny exercises. In the mean time the second guy started to respray my siding again, but I was asked to back up because the manager had told them no rewash on wheel casing!!! For $ 15 nothing as advertised plus I had a half car sprayed in and the dirt was still hanging in the wheel casing, it looked dirtier than before!! Ladies and gentleman any rain shower does a better cleaning without having some respect less attitude from some bored associate who wants just get your car wet and send you for 60 sec in a colorful ride, To bad the review score doesn't offer partial stars, I give them 1/4 Star and this is even way to much. First they spray your car with soapy water, then they use brushes to clean your car. Then, they run you through the actual car wash where you get 3 color wash, wax and whatever else they spray on your carl. They do one hell of a good job and all for 11.00.

No token is given, but then a voice comes on instructing the driver to drive forward until the voice says stop and put the vehicle in park. Then here's where the fun began: the soap-dispensing arm only went from the drive-side back to only about 1/4 of the back of the car and stopped. Then the power blowers blew for about 3 minutes in front of the car!, not on the car I felt monentarily robbed until my sister suggested that I call the posted service number. When I did so, a guy named Dan actually answered the phone! I told him what had happened, to which he responded with apologies and asked that I text him my address so he could send me a refund. So for now I will rate his establishment with only 1-star. Should I actually receive my $12- refund, I will upgrade this rating accordingly. A word to the wise: especialy for out-of-towners, stick with car washes attached to a major service station with live attendents, such as Chevron, shell, etc.

We let them know of the damage and at first they shook my husbands hand, and said we will look at the cameras and get back to you. After being ghosted for a couple of days, my husband reached out and the tone had changed. The office lady was so rude, and the owner is an unethical scum bag. I'm sure they watched the cameras and saw that the damage clearly came from their equipment so they told us we are shit out of luck. Now we are stuck with an insurance deductible, increased rates, AND A DIRTY truck.
