I just called to confirm they are still ok for tomorrow, and the guy says I have to leave the vehicle, and refused to provide an estimate. Why would a shop have a problem with a customer waiting for service (like every other place I've been to)? It's a big shop, so I presume they know what they're doing, and shouldn't have any trouble preparing a rough estimate, at least as far as how many hours it will take if all goes to plan... I have been to a lot of shops, and have never had this kind of experience. I highly recommend using a different shop, as these guys made no effort to provide good customer service, and it seems they are only interested in taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Heartland Tire seems to be a much more trustworthy operation. They didn't have time to help me on such short notice, but took the time to discuss, and were honest about their availability.

Thieves! My wife and…read moretook our vehicles there, but I was a little suspicious when every time our cars would have something expensive wrong with them. For example: we took our Mazda for an oil change, but somehow they discovered ball joints and brakes needed replaced. Six months later we took the Mazda in for an oil change, and we were told it had a bad ball joint. I told the manager that they were replaced six months ago. Supposedly they replaced it under warranty. Three months later I changed the oil myself and discovered they had installed the wrong oil filter. In fact, it was half the size as the correct one. Consequently, I came unglued and let them know I was spreading the word about their shady business ethics and shoddy maintenance.

The spots that were marked for parking were full so I just ended up parking next to other cars that I wasn't sure were being worked on or if I was okay to park next to. Turns out it was fine and I love my anxiety! When I walked up to the door and up to the counter I had no one greet me. . . I felt a little lost since I had never been to any tire place. I just stood there twiddling my thumbs as I waiting for someone to acknowledge me. This part was painless and started to ease my anxiety. They asked what type of car I had, the issue, and I handed them my keys. I sat and waited a little bit in one of the few chairs that were left. After a short time, for the amount of people in the waiting room, a nice man came up to me with my tire to show me the rubber flakes gathered at the bottom. MY TIRE WASSSS TRASHED because I ended up riding so low on it for who knows how long. Luckily! The number one reason I rated them a four! They had a "used tire" and offered to put it on. It only costed me $35 TOTAL! The tire looked brand new as it still had the Nubs on it. I left very pleased!

We each wolfed down a few Tastees in the waiting room while watching a show boat home repair. I didn't care for the show. I would have changed to something else if aloud. So fast I couldn't get to my third sandwich exclamation point Big Bertha finished her third then grabbed mine extra and ate it while paying the guy up front. So she had four sandwiches. We fed the kids dinner that night (last month ago)but me and BB weren't hungry! We ett cereal! Laugh out loud face The price, Bertha telled me, was reasonable for the service we had done. This was a few years back, but I remember being surprised on how fast they changed the oil. The DID try to make me buy some filters, but I told them it was my Mom's car and not mine. They didn't push the matter. This time it was my car and they were done so quickly I only got 1 page read of the book I brought thinking I'd need something to do while waiting. They even filled all of my fluids in the vehicle, too. (Now I just wish they'd vacuum. LoL) The price was very reasonable! I think it was less than $35. Can't beat that. And they didn't push any additional sales on me. The guy who put my info into their system and doubled as my cashier didn't seem all that happy to be there. Didn't even give me eye contact. There's a single restroom and a tv inside the store. They also had a paper you could read and there's a bench outside to sit on as well. They did a great job. I'll be using them for now on instead of my dealer's shop. My dealers is a tad bit cheaper, but they might have your car all day. I hate that.
