For example: we took our Mazda for an oil change, but somehow they discovered ball joints and brakes needed replaced. Six months later we took the Mazda in for an oil change, and we were told it had a bad ball joint. I told the manager that they were replaced six months ago. Supposedly they replaced it under warranty. Three months later I changed the oil myself and discovered they had installed the wrong oil filter. In fact, it was half the size as the correct one. Consequently, I came unglued and let them know I was spreading the word about their shady business ethics and shoddy maintenance.

Long story short, 4 brand new tires and in and out in 30 minutes. I realize our wait time was nothing and we got lucky but the staff was amazing and very very friendly!
