Eventually I moved but she still lives in town and till this day she goes to Beau! Beau is one of the most helpful, caring, and kind people there is. Knowing that everytime my mom goes, he's able to accommodate her, helps with understanding her services etc has meant the world to me! Thank you Beau, for always going beyond for Rebecca! It leaves me with so much peace knowing she'll always be helped! We all appreciate you, but she's more thankful and very grateful for your kindness and service throughout the years! Went in to check out a 2020 altima listed online for $26,000. I signed ONE paper to find out what…read morewas owed on my car- they made me sign in sharpie. I've continued to receive loan denial letters for things like not properly filling out loan applications, not applying for a permitted time frame, etc. I never applied for a single loan. I didn't get that far because they kicked me out for refusing to pay $32,000 for a car they had on their website for $5,000 left. We even compared the vin numbers to confirm it was the same car. Fast forward to the first loan application letter. I called, the Sioux City location naturally refuses to return my call. I call the Sioux Falls location, they get me the equivalent of the distract manager. He called me a bitch and blocked my number when he found out I called the loan agency to confirm that it is a loan they took out in my name. I want it reversed, they refuse and tell me next time to read the next pages, as in plural, before signing them. I explain AGAIN I only signed one single sided piece of paper to get the information on my current car. I keep trying to get answers. Of course the entire company is ignoring me. So, I decide to start calling identity theft lawyers. Guess what? Every single one in the area is already on retainer for the Sioux City Billion head manager. Coincidences aren't real- there's a reason for this. Update- since I can't reply to Billion's reply, I've called and left several messages. They said they didn't care what the price was online, for that car hey would NOT take less than $32,000 for it. They forged my signature on loan applications. Again- I was made to sign one SINGLE SIDED piece of paper to get numbers on my car. Their employee informed me the several other pages for the other two documents for the loans were signed in ink pin, not sharpie. No one in the company will acknowledge me, return my call, and refused to give me the documents they forged so they couldn't continue to take loans out for Rogues and any other vehicle they deem fit for their fancy. Let's just be honest, the fact that BBB has had 3 cases opened up again them in the last 5 months for almost the exact same problem says it all. They're crooks.

Checked the oil level to make sure it wasn't low and it was WAY over filled on the dip stick. Checked the puddle under neath..clean new engine oil. So a couple weeks go by and I have my son take it back there to find out why it's suddenly leaking after just getting the oil changed and a clean bill of health. They told him it was leaking from all kinds of places and it would cost more to fix than what the car is worth and sent him on his way. So a week later I went in there hot and worked up, with him and got on them about it and told them I need to know what is going on because his car was perfectly fine before this oil change. So they took it back there and put it up in the air then brought me out in the shop and tried to tell me it's leaking power steering fluid and not engine oil. I said how? The puddle in my driveway is fresh oil. Not red power steering fluid. They got all uncomfortable and then said well, the technician forgot to mark down that it was leaking power steering fluid when it was here for the oil change, and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the other shops fault that did the rack and pinion assembly. Then told me they "don't touch other peoples work" and I need to take it back to them. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to my other very trusted shop I've been going to for years. They checked it and it's leaking from the valve cover gaskets just like I thought and they were changed right BEFORE I got the oil change at Toyota. Zero power steering leaks!! Toyota overfilled the oil and blew out the brand new gaskets and they are refusing to admit it. So long story short. I have to pay AGAIN to have the valve cover gaskets changed. But definitely not at this piece of s*** shisty ass dealership! Don't take your vehicle here unless you want other new problems that they will try to gaslight you into thinking are someone else's fault. If I could give them zero stars I would. And I've been coming to this dealership for years!

Dishonest Pricing and Overcharging - Avoid This Dealership's Service Department!…read more I recently brought my 2013 Kia Forte to this dealership for a recall repair. Since the car had a rattle, I asked if they could take a look while it was in the shop. They refused to even diagnose the issue without charging me $175--just to tell me what was wrong! Keep in mind, they were already working on the recall, so it's not like the car wasn't in their hands already. Then, I get a call listing a bunch of unnecessary repairs: air filter, battery connectors, and a valve cover gasket. They tried to overcharge me on all of them. The only one I decided to do was the gasket cover. Over the phone, they quoted me $388: $30 for the part $358 for labor (2 hours) I thought that was steep, but since they already had the car, I agreed. Less than an hour later, they called and said the car was ready. So where did the 2 hours of labor go? Clearly, they padded the bill by charging me for labor that wasn't even performed. Then, when I got the final bill, it was $462--20% higher than what they quoted! They tacked on mystery shop fees and taxes that were not in the quote. Why not provide the full dollar amount if they know at the end they have to include taxes and "shop fees" both are easy to include in the quote. After arguing with them, they agreed to honor the original $388 quote, but even that is $188 more than what the actual cost should have been! They overcharged for labor they didn't perform, inflated costs, and were just overall dishonest in their pricing. The service manager had the audacity to say, "We work faster than what Kia estimates the job to take." If you finish faster, that doesn't mean you get to charge customers for time you didn't spend working on their car! It's clear this dealership uses recall repairs as bait to get customers in, then pushes unnecessary work at inflated prices. Completely dishonest business practices. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere!

Sounds like a bunch of crooks. They like to add $1000 to $3000 to the price of a car for "extras"…read more The extra stands for more money in their pocket. Would never buy from a dealership that does this.
