Checked the oil level to make sure it wasn't low and it was WAY over filled on the dip stick. Checked the puddle under neath..clean new engine oil. So a couple weeks go by and I have my son take it back there to find out why it's suddenly leaking after just getting the oil changed and a clean bill of health. They told him it was leaking from all kinds of places and it would cost more to fix than what the car is worth and sent him on his way. So a week later I went in there hot and worked up, with him and got on them about it and told them I need to know what is going on because his car was perfectly fine before this oil change. So they took it back there and put it up in the air then brought me out in the shop and tried to tell me it's leaking power steering fluid and not engine oil. I said how? The puddle in my driveway is fresh oil. Not red power steering fluid. They got all uncomfortable and then said well, the technician forgot to mark down that it was leaking power steering fluid when it was here for the oil change, and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the other shops fault that did the rack and pinion assembly. Then told me they "don't touch other peoples work" and I need to take it back to them. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to my other very trusted shop I've been going to for years. They checked it and it's leaking from the valve cover gaskets just like I thought and they were changed right BEFORE I got the oil change at Toyota. Zero power steering leaks!! Toyota overfilled the oil and blew out the brand new gaskets and they are refusing to admit it. So long story short. I have to pay AGAIN to have the valve cover gaskets changed. But definitely not at this piece of s*** shisty ass dealership! Don't take your vehicle here unless you want other new problems that they will try to gaslight you into thinking are someone else's fault. If I could give them zero stars I would. And I've been coming to this dealership for years!

He helped me get a vehicle so I was then able to have reliable transportation. He was very nice and overall a good person to deal with. His service tech John can be a bit rude at times but everyone else there I have always enjoyed dealing with. About a few days after I signed my papers my alternator went out and I had previously asked him if something should happen what do I do and he gave me his card and said to not hesitate to call him so I did and he took care of me instantly. He helped arrange for a tow to his shop where he then replaced my alternator free of charge which I NEVER expected to be done for free but my gratitude for him that day was very high and I appreciated everything he did. I was worried about what do I do because I am on disability income and dont have allot of money for repairs and I live in a apartment so doing my own work is extremely limited. I got the vehicle back and drove it with no other issues since and all was just basic maintenance. Ended up trading that vehicle in for a better car which I had for 5 years without trouble except for a few issues that were pretty minor that are not worth mentioning as they happened after the vehicle got paid off. However they say they take care of you even after the sale which I had to put up a bit of a argument with them to fix the issues on that vehicle. I couldnt do it and I wanted to give them my business because of how well I was treated in the past. Here is where things start to change between my relationship with Kuehn Auto... Before I lost the car due to a severe mechanical failure after my 5 year ownership again no fault of Kuehn Auto. I had noticed some other issues going on and I wanted to get away from that vehicle before things started to get worse and I was stuck with something I eventually would not be able to use, so I called Dan up and told him that I was in the market for a new vehicle and to my disappointment he had changed the way that he does his financing and thus I was told that I would now have to have $1,000-1,500 down...Are you serious? Ever since he partnered with Credit Acceptance his business practices have gone down hill and dont get me started on that credit acceptance....they dont have good reviews and they also screwed over my friend on a vehicle that she no longer owned...luckily she got it fixed. Do your own research on credit acceptance they dont have good reviews. 1,000-1,500....that's my whole income. Both vehicles I bought I have put 500 down and to tell me you cant cut me slack after always making payments in full? Never missed one! Time passes and he ends up telling me he has a 2007 nissan murano which at the time sounded pretty good and again after complaining he let me do 500 on it. A person should not have to complain to get a safe affordable vehicle It used a bit of oil but that was ok until about 6 months in I started having issues with my transmission. Had a issue with the alternator but that got fixed. Only 6 months of owning the vehicle my transmission goes out thats bullshit and what is even more bullshit he told me that I was on my own and there was nothing they could do? How would they know when they have NEVER even looked at it or even TRIED to do anything with it. After the many years of being a LOYAL customer that's how you are going to treat me? Not even try to make it right? Just give me the middle finger and say that's it? I guess that's the world we live in now. All about money not the people anymore. I am not a transmission expert for all I know they could fix it easily. All he told me was "You knew the issues it had when you bought it" First off the only thing that was mentioned to me was that it burned oil....no mention of a faulty transmission or any issues mentioned other than oil. I guess buyer beware if you deal with this company and this is NOT his first rodeo screwing over a customer...there is another review from last year about a woman who had issues too so I am not the only one. I would love to continue to recommend this place but not after this. By the time this review most likely gets seen I will have returned the vehicle and will no longer be doing business with this place again and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. I just wanted a decent vehicle and to deal with a company that stands by their cars which is something else the boast but how can you stand by your cars and say that you help people after the sale when you wont even attempt to help me?

The service is gruff but efficient or friendly and efficient, depending on who you get up front. My wife did most of the talking since because she knows engines way better than me. They were friendly to her, which, if your gruff to me but kind to my muscular little ox , that's all I really cares about. She liked that we were next door to Tastee's. We each wolfed down a few Tastees in the waiting room while watching a show boat home repair. I didn't care for the show. I would have changed to something else if aloud. However, our big SUV was in and out so quickly but them repairs were done correctly. So fast I couldn't get to my third sandwich exclamation point Big Bertha finished her third then grabbed mine extra and ate it while paying the guy up front. So she had four sandwiches. We fed the kids dinner that night (last month ago)but me and BB weren't hungry! We ett cereal! Laugh out loud face The price, Bertha telled me, was reasonable for the service we had done. This was a few years back, but I remember being surprised on how fast they changed the oil. The DID try to make me buy some filters, but I told them it was my Mom's car and not mine. They didn't push the matter. This time it was my car and they were done so quickly I only got 1 page read of the book I brought thinking I'd need something to do while waiting. They even filled all of my fluids in the vehicle, too. (Now I just wish they'd vacuum. LoL) The price was very reasonable! I think it was less than $35. Can't beat that. And they didn't push any additional sales on me. The guy who put my info into their system and doubled as my cashier didn't seem all that happy to be there. Didn't even give me eye contact. There's a single restroom and a tv inside the store. They also had a paper you could read and there's a bench outside to sit on as well. They did a great job. I'll be using them for now on instead of my dealer's shop. My dealers is a tad bit cheaper, but they might have your car all day. I hate that.
