He helped me get a vehicle so I was then able to have reliable transportation. He was very nice and overall a good person to deal with. His service tech John can be a bit rude at times but everyone else there I have always enjoyed dealing with. About a few days after I signed my papers my alternator went out and I had previously asked him if something should happen what do I do and he gave me his card and said to not hesitate to call him so I did and he took care of me instantly. He helped arrange for a tow to his shop where he then replaced my alternator free of charge which I NEVER expected to be done for free but my gratitude for him that day was very high and I appreciated everything he did. I was worried about what do I do because I am on disability income and dont have allot of money for repairs and I live in a apartment so doing my own work is extremely limited. I got the vehicle back and drove it with no other issues since and all was just basic maintenance. Ended up trading that vehicle in for a better car which I had for 5 years without trouble except for a few issues that were pretty minor that are not worth mentioning as they happened after the vehicle got paid off. However they say they take care of you even after the sale which I had to put up a bit of a argument with them to fix the issues on that vehicle. I couldnt do it and I wanted to give them my business because of how well I was treated in the past. Here is where things start to change between my relationship with Kuehn Auto... Before I lost the car due to a severe mechanical failure after my 5 year ownership again no fault of Kuehn Auto. I had noticed some other issues going on and I wanted to get away from that vehicle before things started to get worse and I was stuck with something I eventually would not be able to use, so I called Dan up and told him that I was in the market for a new vehicle and to my disappointment he had changed the way that he does his financing and thus I was told that I would now have to have $1,000-1,500 down...Are you serious? Ever since he partnered with Credit Acceptance his business practices have gone down hill and dont get me started on that credit acceptance....they dont have good reviews and they also screwed over my friend on a vehicle that she no longer owned...luckily she got it fixed. Do your own research on credit acceptance they dont have good reviews. 1,000-1,500....that's my whole income. Both vehicles I bought I have put 500 down and to tell me you cant cut me slack after always making payments in full? Never missed one! Time passes and he ends up telling me he has a 2007 nissan murano which at the time sounded pretty good and again after complaining he let me do 500 on it. A person should not have to complain to get a safe affordable vehicle It used a bit of oil but that was ok until about 6 months in I started having issues with my transmission. Had a issue with the alternator but that got fixed. Only 6 months of owning the vehicle my transmission goes out thats bullshit and what is even more bullshit he told me that I was on my own and there was nothing they could do? How would they know when they have NEVER even looked at it or even TRIED to do anything with it. After the many years of being a LOYAL customer that's how you are going to treat me? Not even try to make it right? Just give me the middle finger and say that's it? I guess that's the world we live in now. All about money not the people anymore. I am not a transmission expert for all I know they could fix it easily. All he told me was "You knew the issues it had when you bought it" First off the only thing that was mentioned to me was that it burned oil....no mention of a faulty transmission or any issues mentioned other than oil. I guess buyer beware if you deal with this company and this is NOT his first rodeo screwing over a customer...there is another review from last year about a woman who had issues too so I am not the only one. I would love to continue to recommend this place but not after this. By the time this review most likely gets seen I will have returned the vehicle and will no longer be doing business with this place again and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. I just wanted a decent vehicle and to deal with a company that stands by their cars which is something else the boast but how can you stand by your cars and say that you help people after the sale when you wont even attempt to help me?

Make sure you have them check over the body/frame work before purchasing any vehicles. We had purchased a vehicle from these scammers and they told us the vehicle was sound and it ran good. The cab mounts are rusted off- do you know how dangerous that is!? Our whole family could be driving down the road in this vehicle and we could have gotten into an accident and been seriously injured! These people did not take any responsibility! we just asked them to work with us to get fixed and they were so rude to us! They sold a family a shitty vehicle. when called and confronted about this issue all they told us that the "mechanics" only look over mechanical of the vehicle. which is not true because the vehicle leaks oil like crazy. Just beware when purchasing from these scammers and get every little piece of information about the vehicle and make sure their mechanics are actually licensed or just boycott them.

The vehicle from 2019 nearly killed my wife TWICE when each front wheel, on two separate occasions, became disconnected from their tie rod ends, the first time while driving on the interstate. Her wheel suddenly swiveled and she barely avoided a terrible accident. More recently we bought a car that had a check engine light pop on less than a week after buying it. Apparently it had a cracked manifold and we were given the option of fixing it or having the check engine light turned off. Apparently that's a thing; my guess is it's a thing that America Auto Inc is well aware of. Let their dangerous cars rot in their lot and try any of the dozen other lots in the neighborhood
