The first time I took the car into Woodhouse for an oil change the check engine light came on the next day. It has never come on before that Woodhouse oil change. I had to go back in and they plugged my car into their diagnostic computer only to come back saying that it must be a loose gas cap then charged me over $100.00. I paid that bill and slapped down the card for the discount oil changes and walked out. That was two years ago. Since that time the check engine light has yet to come back on. I never replace the gas cap. I wouldn't recommend Woodhouse to tie my shoe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! The owner, Joe Knowles, is a nightmare, and that is putting it…read morenicely. We purchased a vehicle from him on November 28, 2016 and began having serious issues with it on December 1, 2016. Mr. Knowles refused to return calls or texts about the issues, which included a loud grinding noise, brake fluid leaking making the brakes nearly useless, power steering problems, the back passenger side door stopped operating, the DVD player never worked, the windows began getting stuck while down, and the back door wasn't opening properly. We contacted Mr. Knowles about these problems on December 1, 2016, but he would not return our calls. Once I was able to get Mr. Knowles on the phone he was rude and hung up on me. He has also failed to give us a bill of sale so that we could register the vehicle. He keeps saying he just sent it but we haven't received it. We had to purchase a different vehicle because the van was unsafe for our family and we were not able to get it registered. We have requested that he take the van back and return our money, but he refuses. Due to Mr. Knowles rude and unprofessional behavior we filed a complaint with the BBB. We will be pursuing this matter in small claims court as well.
