I have purchased 9 cars from this Ideal Wheels over the last 21 years. He has always been good with the pricing and willing to help with repairs. No major issues with any of the cars except my oldest son's first car. Reverse on the tranny went out a week after purchase. They covered the labor and I paid half of the cost of a low miles replacement tranny. I thought that was more than fair of him to offer as he could have stuck me with the full cost. A few of the other cars had minor issues like the mirror control switch. He paid for these himself. He is not a shady used car dealer. He is not pushy when you come to test drive cars. Sold me a $4000 lemon car. Got 20 miles off the lot and it overheated. Head gaskets are bad. Dealer won't take responsibility.

These folks should be ashamed of themselves. Can't believe they have two locations, please don't waste your money or time visiting them, you'll regret it! A family member who bought a car from Ideal took it in for routine maintenance, they botched the job and ruined the engine. They say "it's not so bad, just add oil and coolant constantly" rather than stand by their work and fix it like people with integrity - now the engine is seizing up. These people have a lot of nerve. I bought a truck and asked if there was anything wrong with it. They said no. I had trouble before I even left the city. I called a half an hour after I bought the truck and they didn't answer. I filled up gas after buying it then though it might of been bad gas. I noticed it wasn't gas and probably something miner. Called a couple days later and never answered. I went to go drive the truck and noticed it said bad motor on the tag. I kepped calling to get a hold of them because I live an hour away. They never picked up. All they wanted was to scam someone and have someone else deal with their problems. read more
