For example: we took our Mazda for an oil change, but somehow they discovered ball joints and brakes needed replaced. Six months later we took the Mazda in for an oil change, and we were told it had a bad ball joint. I told the manager that they were replaced six months ago. Supposedly they replaced it under warranty. Three months later I changed the oil myself and discovered they had installed the wrong oil filter. In fact, it was half the size as the correct one. Consequently, I came unglued and let them know I was spreading the word about their shady business ethics and shoddy maintenance.

I had a scheduled appointment for the work and it still took them almost 2-weeks to do the work. They had to do the job twice because the the first transmission only lasted for a day. When I picked it up I was told that it had I vibration and shifted hard but was told it was an electronic "learning" transmission and that the issues would clear up after driving for awhile. Well now I am at home in Kentucky and the truck is not getting better and has to go into a transmission shop here at my expense. NEVER EVER use this shop. The owner, Ron Sr. also has no people skills and if you question his work he will get mad and who know what kind of work you will get done.
