For example: we took our Mazda for an oil change, but somehow they discovered ball joints and brakes needed replaced. Six months later we took the Mazda in for an oil change, and we were told it had a bad ball joint. I told the manager that they were replaced six months ago. Supposedly they replaced it under warranty. Three months later I changed the oil myself and discovered they had installed the wrong oil filter. In fact, it was half the size as the correct one. Consequently, I came unglued and let them know I was spreading the word about their shady business ethics and shoddy maintenance.

Well, we made at and went to Tires Tires Tires and I talked with the manager about our dilemma and he came out and looked things over and made his recommendation. Long story short, 4 brand new tires and in and out in 30 minutes. I realize our wait time was nothing and we got lucky but the staff was amazing and very very friendly! Best $500 we ever spent and now some piece of mind for the rest of our trip!

Called around and found no one concerned about my plight till I called Ron's. He listened to my situation and made a suggestion that I have him put in an already rebuilt tranny by a nationwide company so if warranty needed I could get it replaced from my home out of state. He planned to put it in within two days as the rebuilt tranny was in Omaha and could be delivered right away.(Impressive!) The rebuilder sent the wrong tranny and Ron immediately informed me and then worked hard and fast to resolve the situation. The same day he got the right tranny he and his brother put it in. Ron…read morefixed my van pretty quickly, however just after a short few months later I started having a leak and took it to my mechanic and he informed me that the driver side output shaft seal was leaking I've tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone finally on May 5, 2025 at 4 PM someone answered and I gave them my name and my number and told them what my mechanic found out and I have yet to be called back. I have attempted to call multiple times again with no one answering the phone a little confused as to why Ron is not responding back to me. My mechanic told me that this should be covered under the warranty that Ron provided with getting our Transmission changed which ways a lot of $$$$ Ron seemed like a really nice guy and I really appreciated him getting my van done right away, However, I'm really confused as to why he's not addressing this issue that I'm having now I hope he sees my review and gives me a call ASAP
