Fog light not mounted properly, Headlamp not aligned, RF fender liner was damaged but not replaced, mirror was used and had dark spots in view, right exhaust left hanging without rubber clamp, and grill guard was not tightened under hood. I was asked about a supposed check sent to me from State Farm to which I never received, yet the manager felt I was not being truthful and wanted the check. I was forced to use them as I had State Farm. I have since cancelled all State Farm policies. I would never recommend State Farm or Becker Autobody.

Two weeks later i needed a new rear hatch latch for my Explorer, was told to come back tomorrow, was fixed for less than triple digits! Including the part! No appointment, walked right in both times, was quoted a price, done in less than 24 hours, and very inexpensively! In this day and age I am Amazed.! A customer for life.

They do great body and paint work, however do not let them touch any other part of your vehicle!!!…read moreHe claimed he installed a brand new carburetor (and charged us for one), however it turns out it was rebuilt instead (from the 70's), the fuel pressure regulator was a high pressure fuel injected version that was over powering the carburetor, wiring issues (we are on our fifth neutral safety switch), rear end issues, alternator issues, chunks of metal in the oil pan, engine smokes on startup. Ten's of thousands of dollars later and we are considering scraping this engine (which was supposedly completely rebuilt) and starting over new. These issues should not occur with a rebuilt engine! Attempts to discuss this with the owner were ignored and the only time we were able to get straight answers from him was when he was billing us. There were multiple instances of us purchasing items for this car which he conveniently 'lost'. Bottom line, if you have body and paint work that is needed - go to them. Anything else, go elsewhere!
