Stayed here w/ my wife. This cute little hotel was perfect for our one night stay while passing through europe. Arrived early & the staff was polite, holding our bags for most of the day until we got back at night. The hotel was very clean. We stayed on the 1st floor so was a tad loud outside for staying on a side alley. It is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, many cafes, bakeries, & shops.

The view from just the window in the stairwell!

This hotel is in a little side street that is so easy to miss! We stayed here for two nights and I would say it is just "fine". The best part of the hotel, is of course the distance to the Eiffel Tower--but the Eiffel Tower view room does cost an extra 30 euros a day! It is also a short walk from Pont Alexander III, which is very close to Champs Elysees! In short, this hotel has lots of sights to see in a 2 mile radius which is easily walkable if you are looking to up your step count ;) The staff was very friendly. We had an easy check in and check out. I personally didn't ask for any advice about sights to see but I did overhear them recommending some places to other hotel guests and they were very patient. In terms of breakfast, they have a very simple spread (when we were there it was eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruits, and an array of different pastries). They also had tea and coffee out in the lobby for people. The staff in the breakfast room didn't speak a lot of English, but it wasn't hard to communicate with them! The rooms are small, but that is normal in Europe, and the price is pretty steep, but overall, a nice and quite stay! The only thing I would note is the lack of hot water--there wasn't a boiler in the room and it's cold in the winter! But they have hot water behind the receptionist desk so you just have to ask them to fill up your bottles every night!

2 stars for a friendly staff But Cigarette smoke day and night, no view, and you are in the rudest part of Paris. The staff is nice and the property is pretty but the bed is small It's expensive and they charge a service tax fee And I hate that!!! Not disclosed in the beginning when I booked it I had a nicer time at mercure martmont I wouldn't stay here again The restaurants around the area aren't friendly. They close down mid day Or if not all of august But the hotel it self I pretty

    The view from room 401!

Loved this hotel! The view of the Eiffel Tower from room 401 was spectacular, the staff great and a plus that the front staff spoke English. It was located a quick 9 euro ride away from all of the Paris attractions and sits on a street lined with patisseries and restaurants in a lovely neighborhood. The only con was the only place I could get WiFi was in the bathroom or outside of the building but would definitely stay again.

Room with an Eiffel Tower view

Excellent service, very accommodating . Amazing hotel stay! Highly recommend a room with the Eiffel Tower view.

i'm very glad we went from london to paris because had we gone from this hotel to our london hotel (http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/london-house-london#hrid:_JgterFv6tCyL8C1oVUjZA/src:self), i would've been really dissapointed in london. this way, i was super-pleased with our paris hotel. free wifi in the rooms. free internet in the lobby. very spacious rooms, with a patio. large flat screen TV with channels in multiple languages. plenty of counter space in the restroom and large closets. hair dryer (though it's the oddest looking hair dryer i've ever seen). a safe in the room, but no fridge. an elevator, though it barely fit the two of us and our suitcases. large breakfast area, though we didn't take part. walking distance to Rue Cler, a convenience store, a Starbucks, plenty of restaurants, and a metro station. my negatives: most of the staff were nice, not all. and it is located in a dark street (mixed with other hotels, restaurants, residents, and a laundromat), so i was a bit nervous walking at night. at 200euro/night, i went home happy. but then again, i have no idea what hotels in paris are supposed to be like. quick tip - get the rick steves book and mention it for a discount when you reserve your room!

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

When we arrived, there were flowers and champagne waiting for us in the room. We opened the door to the balcony and the view took our breaths away! The room was spacey and gorgeous; I felt like a princess in a fairytale during our entire stay. When we opened the window, it felt like the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast when Belle greets the town with "Bonjour!" Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and it was so nice to come back to a clean room. The absolute only feedback I really have is that I wish there were more power outlets inside the room. Other than that, this is the perfect Parisian hotel, especially for a romantic vibe. :)

The service here is a superb and the daily breakfast is splendid with the hot chocolate being their speciality. Although the staff here speaks English we made sure to learn basic French in order to greet them and extend our thanks. If you are on a budget, make sure you fill up during breakfast so that you won't be hungry again until dinner time. Our stay here was truly memorable and enjoyable as I'm sure yours will be too.

Clean hotel, nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff from the breakfast staff to front desk to maintenance to concierge. Everyone was great and would drop everything to give me advice on sights to see, transportation, food options, and more. The rooms were expensive and above our original budget but with a 12 and 14 year old we realized a few years ago we need 2 rooms to be happy when we travel. This place is perfect and worth the money. We had planned to eat breakfast out a few times, but the hotel buffet breakfast had everything you need and enabled us to be out the door to see Paris faster than sitting down somewhere. The location is walkable to Louvre and Jardin Luxembourg, and to so many lively streets in St Germain. We ate a lot on Rue Buci and Rue de Seine, and on the streets behind the hotel such as Rue Princesse. So much to do near this hotel. We also used the metro with a stop beside the hotel, and explored the churches in St Germain which were breathtaking- no crowds and just as magnificent as Notre Dame. We all got a great night's sleep every night here, which we needed after exploring so much of Paris every day. We felt at home here and felt safe in the hotel and area.

The street that it's on is equipped with grocery store Franprix & restaurant Ernest with other eateries nearby. Also within walking distance are two metro stations & the Jardin du Luxembourg. We booked two adjoining rooms which were more spacious than say, a boutique hotel. The Pullman was renovated in 2021 so everything felt new & updated. Clean, firm beds. Shower head had three water stream options. Just a heads up for us short girlies that the bathtub wall is quite high so be extra careful getting in & out. To access the lobby, ride the escalator to the 2nd floor. To operate elevator, enter your floor & you'll be directed to the correct door. Prompt, efficient service, all around. The woman who checked us in was thorough & informative, & any request we made to housekeeping was fulfilled or delivered to us within minutes. Upon check-in, you'll pay a per person, per day, tourism tax (I assume sort of like a resort fee.) Highly recommend staying at the Pullman Montparnasse if you don't want to be in the center of a busy, loud street but want easy access to livelier areas nearby. Merci bien for an unforgettable stay.
