Let me start off by saying, this is a budget hotel. For what you pay, it is certainly convenient. I booked my room through Hotels.com and the process was very easy. If you do any research about the room at all, you will find a lot of transparency.
One of the best things about the hotel is the location. You are minutes away from the Louvre and other classic tourist spots. Strangely and wonderfully, there seems to be a bountiful asian community surrounding the hotel. There's an Asian grocery store, Japanese restaurants, Korean restaurants, etc.
In my comfort economy room, I have a double bed with hardwood floors. In my room, there's a tv, a fan (no air conditioning), sink, a small dresser and toilet. My room was also equipped with a very basic hair dryer. Although the room is quite small, it fits my needs fine.
For most rooms, there is a communal shower located on your floor. Bring your own shower items. It doesn't seem like the hotel provides these amenities.
The staff is very kind and can speak/understand English very well. At the front, they do have universal charger outlets if you forget to buy your own. Also strangely, you will have to leave your hotel keys with the front desk every time you leave but there's always someone to give them back when you return. read more
