I made a reservation mistake and thought that we would not be able to eat there but a stroke of luck had us down for an 8PM reservation the next night. Great little hole in the wall like Japanese restaurant with mostly Sushi bar seating. We had the edamame, chicken karaage, some incredible mushroom dish, the Coquilles, tuna tartar and YES the fabulous pork chop which we missed last year as per below. It was all wonderful and since we drove down from Strasbourg just to eat at La Lune our expectations were high. Terrific at every turn. The one thing I am angry with myself for is not getting the name of the wonderfully talented Japanese chef and the gent that runs the front of the house (with some help from a capable colleague this year). I really would like to recognize them by name but it will have to wait until next year. Very few restaurants are a total hit but La Lune is one of them. Cannot wait to return.

It was larger than a lot of the portions I had seen in France before, and certainly large enough to share between two people. It had several kinds of cheese along with prosciutto. The combination of cheeses makes the pizza quite rich and creamy. My husband had the menu selection (which came with an appetizer of 6 escargot, beef bourguignon, and fruits for dessert).
