We had raclette and cheese fondue, so we were warmed by the apparatus of both. And the heavenly taste of melted local cheese and wine, crusty bread, white wine, potatoes, and a simple and delicious green salad. The affordable item is always their "Plat du Jour"/ dish of the day, 15 CHF (~18 USD). During our visit, it was a wonderfully refreshing "Ceviche de Cabillaud"/ cod ceviche marinated in lemon. They also serve Fondue here at 27 CHF per person (if requested), though we made the mistake of ordering a portion for 2 people which was not necessary after ordering 1 plat du jour each. There are a lot of farm animals at the restaurant for the kids to play with and there is even a roller coaster adjacent to the restaurant that they can ride on. The scenery was just particularly beautiful and it was a beautiful day celebrating with friends. We had cheese fondue bears and lots of fun!
