It's a locally owned husband & wife (both friendly) business, and they clearly take their job seriously--they should be proud of their work IMHO. The carpet was a filthy mess--deep stains, just awful (most all coffee and fruit juice). I was amazed when the whole carpet looked brand new in just one hour. And get this--these people know what they're doing so well that they can set their equipment not to soak the pad underneath the carpet! So you don't get all the stains coming back two days after being cleaned--what ALWAYS happened in my house in the Bay Area. Their prices are very reasonable. And they get the job DONE. I highly recommend them!

My bedroom carpet is filthy and I am very allergic to it. We had been dealing with George of Renue Carpet Care for weeks. It took him four days to return our initial call and my husband explained our situation. He said he could be out within the following few days. When the appointed day and time came, George never showed. My husband called, apparently George had written the address down incorrectly and didn't have enough time to give us a quote for cleaning the carpet in one room. We had to wait until the following Thursday. I decided to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, he had been recommended to me by my landlady so I toughed it out, pounded allergy medication at night just to make it through, and waited. On Thursday he called 15 minutes after he was supposed to be here to say he had "had a cancellation and could be there early" ...okay, fine, as long as he was coming, whatever, right? So, he shows up and literally barges in our front door with his cleaning equipment without introducing himself. My husband explains (again) that we simply need a quote before we decided. He quoted us $50 for the bedroom, which I felt was reasonable, and my husband and I agreed to pay out of pocket and have our landlady reimburse us. George wrote us an invoice...and then left. He was literally here for less than 90 seconds. He could have had our business that day, but instead called to my husband that he could be back the following Thursday at 9am as he drove away. Okay, so my husband says "see you at 9am on Thursday". We call at 8am on Thursday to confirm...no answer. 9 am rolls around and I'm not surprised that we have not seen or heard from George. Finally around 9:30 we hear from him...he said that since he did not hear from us and as such he didn't schedule our cleaning. Okay, so maybe this part was a genuine misunderstanding, but it smacks of someone who doesn't care about their business or their good name. As a former self-employed business woman, it was important to me to clarify and confirm appointment times with my clients. This guy clearly doesn't care. So, he said he could be here at 10:45, out of desperation we agree. And then he calls again 45 minutes later to say it will be several more hours yet. Sorry George, but this is downright ridiculous and a waste of several WEEKS of our time. Shame on us for letting you string us along. In this economy it astonishes me that any one can be so casual and unprofessional about their professional conduct.
