I'm a renter with a 5 month old son (sorry for the post not being completed sooner but I couldn't get the yelp app to work on my phone). When we were having problems flushing any of the toilets (a problem we had been noticing but not quite needing fixing yet). Well when one of the pipes got broken on a Sunday, we called down the list of Yelp businesses after shutting the water off disabiling our use of flushing the toiletes without further flooding the area. We called Scott and Laura at Bulldawg Plumbing and even though their day was already conpletely booked, they answered promptly, they kept us posted all day Sunday and were true to their word and showed up in the dark cheerful like it was a Monday morning job. Laura immediately got to work, conferred with Scott and fixed the problem for the evening. This was after 10:00 p.m. I believe and they were so friendly and explained to the owner her options for using that pipe and he was also going to take a look at the plumbing hooked up to the master bathroom in a day or two. When he came back, he was courteous enough to ask if the noise would wake the baby and that job was finished in no time at all. It has been a stress for my landlord and it is really hard to find excellent quality work at truly lower quotes. Sure, there are lots of people that can get the job done on their time, at their speed and at their prices. While I don't pretend to know anything about plumbing I do like the end result of all of this. No water flooding outside and two toilets that work fantastically. Thank you Laura and Scott for being ready, willing and able to go the extra mile. I know once word of mouth gets out there, you are going to be even more busy than now and you two deserve it. As an owner of a rental property I've had to use many local plumbers with mixed results. Recently I had a plumbing emergency and could not get in contact with the plumbers I've used in the past so I took a chance and called Bulldawg Plumbing. Best decision I have made in a long time. Not only did they respond when they said they would, they had the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Today I had an occasion to use Bulldawg's services on a more extensive repair and they did not disappoint. We bought an older house in April of 2020, and unfortunately have had multiple leaks. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT SCOTT & LAURA SOONER! Someone recommended them after we had a poor experience with another plumber. They were absolutely incredible. I called and Scott's voicemail gave me an option to text (which I loved and appreciated) He got back to me almost immediately and was able to make time to come the following morning. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, good prices, and Laura is an absolute rockstar! We have a very tight crawl space and she went under the house (full of mud & water) with a smile on her face, and was able to figure out where the leak was. They were personable, polite, and again knew their stuff! They were in n out of here in less than a couple hours, issue fixed! We won't ever use anyone else. If I could give 10 stars I would! This is an amazing company...they are my "go to" plumbers for all my plumbing needs. (They even give me free advice whenever I have any plumbing questions!) So far, I've used them several times: Once was for a leak. Once was because my toilet wouldn't shut off and also was leaking from the bottom. Once was because my garbage disposer broke. Once was to install a new hose faucet. And once was because a water shut off outside my house needed to be replaced. They came out quickly when I called them and they were very friendly and cheerful. I was so happy to find Scott and John....what started out to be a toilet wax ring replacement turned in a major bathroom restoration. Scott and John found a pipe leaking under the house, we had no idea. They are not only are knowledgeable about plumbing, but flooring, vinyl and rebuilding with wood, are able to restore my bathroom better than it was before. John has great prices, was prompt. My contractor accidentally cut the gass line while remodeling my kitchen. Scott and Laura from Bulldawg Plumbing came out within a very short time, in the evening, and not only repaired the line, but did it quickly. They were reasonable and very pleasant to have around while they were working. Don't know if they take credit cards as they are being paid by the contractor.
