They were honest and straightforward in what they did to our car. We have a 2010 Honda CRV and the AC compressor needed to be replaced, which is a very expensive job. We knew it was going to be expensive, but we also wanted someone that we could totally trust so they didn't charge us another $1,000 more. I had a good feeling when we walked into the waiting room. Jazz greeted us right away, as well as the mechanics walking in and out; they all greeted everybody in the room, telling them hello. You just don't get that at normal places. We have never been here, and because of the wonderful reviews, we thought we'd definitely want to give them a shot. We do not regret using them to repair our car. When it all came down to the total $$$, Jazz was able to save us another $300 off the initial cost because he was able to source a slightly less expensive AC compressor for the car. They also follow up with you a week later to see if everything is okay; you get the feeling that this is run by some really good, honest people that don't want to rake you over the coals like some of the other shops. The EXCHANGED PRE - OWNED transmission arrived on the May 12,2026 and sublet to Hanlees Fairfield Nissan he requested to reprogram TCM on May 14,2026 but failed to complete. on May 15,2026 James R Villamante released an unsafe vehicle to both my mom and dad. Danny Martinez should get his technician license taken since i gave him the keys when I dropped the vehicle at AAMCO. On June 23,2026 I got my car towed from AAMCO to Hanlees Fairfield Nissan to check and advise to perform a diagnosis on the vehicles charging system Hanlees Nissan did not complete repairs and diagnostic I got it towed back home and when charging the battery and checking the disputed alternator that AAMCO Owner James son Julian advised me to remove and replace my alternator and on June 25 I found the plug to the alternator was unplugged.. Due to unfortunate circumstances my low mileage driving record had plummeted to absolutely minuscule numbers. Basically there was a leak at a point in the engine, where three fluid systems converged. There was literally not enough material to identify the source of the leak. Solution. Drive until I built up enough material for Mark to identify. Gil is super attentive and very honest. Less than a week ago, I took my son's car to Gil. It is a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid that needed a catalytic converter. Rather than take the job, which costs a decent amount of money, Gil asked me, considering the age and mileage of the car, if we really wanted to proceed with the repair. He said the Honda has two catalytic converters and, while the second unit did not register as defective, there is a good chance it will soon. So, we decided against fixing it. In my book, that is a remarkable trait for an auto shop owner to possess. He will not say what the customer wants to hear, like how soon the car will be ready, just to get their business. When he says the car will be ready at a certain time, it usually is. In fact, I do not remember him ever missing a completion date/time.
