I bought a chair and when i got it home 10 minutes later I unwrapped it to find that the base had been damaged and broke free of the particle board. I tried to return it to the store, they said they wouldn't take it and I had to file a ticket online. The site was down so I called and filed via text. I called back the next day to find out they never heard of me. Very rude customer service on the next call saying i have to pay 25% restocking fee and there is nothing i can do about it. I am now stuck with a broken chair and no way to return it.

When time for delivery, 3 pieced didn't even make it off the truck. They were broken and or faulty. I was then left with half a couch set in my home. An hr after they left I noticed my one recliner made a clunking sound and the other 2 pieces, the stitching was already coming loose and the staples underneath were not holding. I called customer care only to be told too bad, it's already in your possession, we will send a tech. That was not acceptable to me as obviously the entire set was faulty to begin with. I called the store directly to be told by Brandon that he would order me a new recliner as it was making that clunking noise and because it hadn't even been removed from their manifest yet so he knew it was a fresh delivery. I also then asked to speak to the manager as this whole experience was awful. The manager just said over and over, that they would call a tech. When I explained that I was not ok with my $8400 furniture needing a tech not even 24 hrs after delivery and that Brandon told me a new one would be sent out, he proceeds to put Brandon on the phone only for him to deny up and down that he said that. I asked flat out so you are calling me a liar then? He said well I never said that so guess so. I asked to speak to Peter again (manager) to be told he didn't want to speak to me. I said well that's too bad put him back on the phone. Only to be given even more attitude and disrespect from him. He kept telling me nope, a tech, or I can pay a restocking fee. I was very clear on how this is not what I bought. Never once was I told that my brand new high end quality furniture wouod need a tech within the first 24 hrs! He finally said fine I'll request a whole new 6 piece. I said ok cool, how long will that take? He gets even more disrespectful and adds a very rude tone "I don't know!" Well isn't that your job to know? I said you do not understand the frustration here and he yells "omg!" And hangs up. Then proceeds to leave the building as he didn't want to speak to me again. I also continued to call customer care where I was told over and over that I have to pay a 25% restocking fee to get a refund. Agent told me my fee would be $408. I finally just agreed as I needed the rest of my money back. I said note that on my file and I will call you back. I call back and get another agent who told me that agent didn't do the math correctly and I have to pay $840 plus 10% on the 3 pieces that didn't enter my home. I said absolute not! They refused to honor what the first agent told me. I then called back to confirm it was being processed to be then told that I also know had to pay a $100 delivery fee!! Again said no! The guy kept cutting me off and being very rude! I am hoping someone higher up will see this and resolve this situation fully with me not having to pay anything! If anything, the original amount I was originally told! It seems like every agent is reading off a script as they have been trained to not help the customers like they are employed to do! Never ever will I shop there again and I will scream my story from the roof tops fo everyone

    The salesman we dealt with was great has for the service afterward nope..We purchased two leather…read moresofas only to be told before delivery i would only be getting one leather care kit if I wanted another I would have to pay 70 dollars I was told I would be emailed or called day before delivery for a approximate time I nver received a called I called the day off 4 times left a message did not get a return message had to call back to get a time they delivered ar 510 that evening and one delivery guy came intobmy home to see first where they were going g then upon entry with the first sofa ripped pictures of my wall and a huge framed blackboard in my entrance denting by wall after they got the the sofas in they proceeded to rip the plastic off these LEATHER sofas with car keys while installing the legs on one couch the bottom material was ripped and nothing was said until my husband checked them out the next day when I called to I formed them of this I was told to send pictures and they would assess what they would do through all of this I've been trying to speak to a store manager for over a week and apparently he is MIA because I have not been able to speak to him. After our experience with the Brick in Red Deer I will not ever be purchasing anything ever from this store again

She was very knowledgable and had great deals to offer. I asked for delivery and assembly. The only thing that was frustrating was the bed would be delivered one day, but the assembly wouldn't happen for another 4 days or so. That would be the only complaint I had. Great customer service though.
