Needed a set of tires on a Subaru AWD because one orginal tire was damaged and no longer fit the set. Checked Costco but didn't have what I needed. Was recommended to Leon's Alignment for the tires. He had access to the perfect tires and would do what was needed which was a recheck of the Alignment done at another shop which was off a bit. During that check it was found that the tires had not been mounted correctly. I had to return another day at no cost to remount all 4 tires with balancing at no charge. It happens. I took my truck into Leon's to get a FASS Lift Pump installed and the installation was done incorrectly. I was originally quoted 3 hours of labor to install the new part. It took over 10 hours and I was only charged for 4 hours but told I could have been charged for the full amount. The next day after the installation was allegedly complete I went out to take my truck on some errands and I found a massive puddle of diesel fuel under my engine. I took my truck back to Leon's and asked if I could have the individual that installed it to give it a once over. He said he found where the leak came from and all was good. I immediately took it home and parked it. The next day as I was preparing to go on a very distant family camping trip and I went outside to my truck and once again found a puddle. I called another mechanic and explained my situation and he stated as long as I wasn't losing fuel pressure I should be okay to take the truck on my trip, I would just need to pay close attention to the fuel and fuel pressure. On my family trip I had my cousin whom is a diesel mechanic and installed many FASS lift pumps in his career take a look at my truck. After a few short seconds of looking over my vehicle he was very concerned and confused on the installation of this lift pump. There are very important band clamps that were not installed on the fuel lines, as well as a part had been welded together with another piece of metal in order to make it fit. You could hear the lift pump having a wheezing, noise, and my cousin indicated that there was still air in the fuel lines from not having clamps (which could cause harm to the engine). On my return home I called Leon directly to state I was not happy with the installation and would like to have the band clamps placed on my fuel lines. Leon became enraged and started insulting me. Telling me "You're a dick" and was refusing to fix the fuel lines or lift pump. Leon simply stated "It's not our fault you bought some shitty aftermarket parts for your shitty truck". The FASS pump is literally the best lift pump available, it's name brand. The pump was brand new. Leon thinks he can talk to people how ever he would like and have no repercussion. I will not be going to Leon's if he won't take the time to hear my issue with a service I paid to have performed. read more

My car broke down on the way to visit family and I happened upon Leon's out of luck....but now I see it was fate. Not only did they go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and expedite fixing our truck but they offered to get me to the car rental, helped me move my luggage......which of course is not expected but was just a gracious thing to do as I was traveling with three children. When I picked up my truck, it ran great and is still running great. Their prices are fair and the service is beyond wonderful. This his the place to hit if you have any car repairs. Thanksgiving came early for me when Leon & his crew were able to identify & correct a problem with my car that nobody else did. Three(3) times I had brought my car to another shop, a very good group of guys, who could NOT find the problem. Leon did. And he did so within 1 day. Shhh, they don't know it it, but for the life of my car and all futures cars, this is where I will have my regular maintenance and DIAGNOSTIC work done. I am so GRATEFUL to Leon's Automotive that they are now married to my little blue car! I have just a profound sense of relief that they identified and corrected the problem! Driving from Idaho, my left wheel bearing failed near Beaver UT. Ay 10:00 PM I called my Geico insurance and they arranged a tow with American Tow service out of Circleville UT., they were also amazing! I was greeted by a super nice guy who offered to find me a better deal than the Ford dealer in Cedar City. It came true when I called Ford that morning and they wouldn't even look at my truck for 3 to 5 days. The driver made a call and took me to Leon, putting in a "please help this guy out" as he has a job interview to make later that afternoon. Anyway, these guys were really cool, they got me in before anyone and went to work. They managed to find all the parts from the bearing, 4wd actuator and front brakes. In about 4 hours I was back on the road and made my appointment. I think it's a great and refreshing thing to find a shop that actually cares and isn't out to ripoff the customer. These guys are what the "good old days" were like, with reputable and honest service.
