Working with Kiran not only helped my shoulder but made me much more aware of my body, stronger, and more confident. My two biggest hobbies are golf and Brazilian jiu jitsu and I was experiencing pain and a lack of strength and confidence in both. After working with kiran I got my swing speed back to where it was before my injury which was a huge deal and I never expected. And with Brazilian jiu jitsu I got the confidence and strength to go consistently and improved my quicker. I got my purple belt after working with kiran and only 3 percent of practitioners ever get there. I'm very sure I would have quit if I didn't work with her I can say very sincerely her work set me in a completely new direction in my physical health.

Kiran pays attention, and really works to try to unravel the puzzle of what's going on in my body and provides an incredibly personalized approach. All of the knowledge I've gained from working with her means that I can take much better care of myself, and I feel like I have the tools to address things independently when I manage to do things like mess up my neck from sleeping in a bad position or the like. I've probably done over 300 sessions, yet I look forward to my hour every week. Kiran is also an incredible body worker - like she is in there to get stuff done, and knows how to do it.

You get everything from her you'd expect from a trainer. Undivided attention, workouts tailored to your needs, etc. but the biggest plus is that she's a pleasure to be around, going back to my first point. 3. She's really flexible with scheduling and tries her best to accommodate you. She probably has one of the best and most flexible cancellation policies I've seen, which just shows she's trying to help you out. Most places you have to cancel before the 24 hour time frame or else they'll charge you for the session regardless, but Kerri let's you reschedule within the week if you need to cancel in the 24 hour time frame, which is immensely helpful. 4. Fair prices, I did some research before I picked Kerri and she had some of the better pricings for private sessions And lastly (but most importantly), it works! After 3 months, I noticed real changes in my body (e.g. the emergence of muscle) which was a great change from the skinniest fat person alive (at the time). It never felt like a chore to go to her sessions and they were always semi-fun (as fun as working out can be for someone who hates it with a passion) so the three months flew by and next thing I knew, I had arm muscles! Pick Kerri as your instructor! You won't regret it!

She has brought me up to speed at a pace that's realistic but always challenging and engaging. Lucie is patient, easy-going, and has a knowledge base of, apparently, hundreds of different exercises, poses and motions to work every muscle group. She is a keen observer, and will make adjustments or introduce new activities on the fly, to target an underperforming body part. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I attended a noon class and the instructor/owner Nicole was great - she is clearly a very naturally gifted body worker, and she is also extremely knowledgeable and accomplished when she demonstrates her technique. She is very exact and can explain the various stretches and moves in articulate detail. I would have been intimidated by this, but she is also a very warm and encouraging (read: forgiving) instructor, perfect for a novice such as myself. The more advanced students also seemed to get a lot out of her nuanced adjustments and corrections: She was also able to move fluidly between students with a very wide range of experience and capability. I also noticed that the studio interior was well designed for pilates and bodywork. The space was not overly "woo woo" like some yoga studios you see these days, but also not cold like a gym; it was the perfect combination that communicated "this is a kind and nurturing place, and we also intend to do serious work on your body." I plan to return when my schedule allows and would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in starting pilates or continuing a practice you already have in motion.

I can't say enough great things about Rebalance Pilates and Jaime…read more I came to her after a bad chiropractic experience left me in severe pain -- constant back spasms, hip pain, and sciatica. I was bedridden for days. I couldn't run, could barely walk quickly, and bending over felt impossible. Even turning over in bed was a struggle, and lying on my back would trigger more pain. This went on for months. After seeing an orthopedic surgeon, I knew I needed help -- just not the kind that was being recommended. That's when I looked into Pilates and found Jaime. With her deep knowledge of the body and movement, Jaime helped me rebuild my strength, improve mobility, and steadily reduce my pain. The first few weeks of Pilates were tough, but in the best way. I could feel my body waking up and getting stronger. Week after week, we worked on core strength, planking, targeted muscle work, stretching tight areas, and so much more. A year later, my sciatica is gone, my hip pain is 95% improved, and my back is no longer in constant spasms. I can pop out of bed, walk quickly, run, and move without fear. I feel stronger than I have in years, and I'm so thankful I chose to work with Jaime. She truly helped put my body back together. I'm incredibly grateful and highly recommend Rebalance Pilates to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.
