The market for mid-century house with an oversized lot was tough, and we had to navigate multiple price escalations, but Nick guided me through every step with clarity and confidence. He took the time to help me understand true market values, walked me through several homes, and helped me focus on what really mattered for my long‑term goals. Nick was consistently communicative and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. During escrow, he was quick to line up the right experts--inspectors, contractors, and anyone needed to get quotes or evaluate the property. Thanks to his thoroughness, we were able to get everything we asked for on the BSINR. Overall, Nick delivered exactly what I needed in an agent. I secured a home I'm genuinely happy with, at a price I believe is below market value. I would highly recommend Nick Rostain to anyone looking to buy in Chandler, or the surrounding area.

Despite having owned and sold two homes prior, we didn't really know where to start with a new construction and we relied heavily on their expertise and advice to get us started and through the process with our builder. I truly believe we had a relatively smooth build due to Mark and Mickie's presence with the builder project managers and sales office. We had so many questions during the build process and both Mark and Mickie were able to answer them quickly and effectively. Their skill also helped us make better informed choices that will ultimately provide us a higher return on our investment. Without the Newman's, I fear we would have not allocated our money optimally towards options and possibly overspent in the wrong areas. Mickie's eye for design, general cost of upgrades and knowledge of what sells a home helped us make the overwhelming fast-paced two-day design center appointments much easier and cost-effective. After our pre-drywall inspection, we had a serious concern brought to our attention and Mark was persistent in getting the matter addressed by the project managers and was able to reach a resolution to ensure our safety. I would never want to build a home without realtor help. There were many instances throughout the process where we wondered, "Is this normal?" and Mark and Mickie were both right there to tell us yes or no, and if no, they followed up on our behalf, which really saved our sanity. We are so thankful we had this honest, hardworking and personable team on our side.

He also didn't try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we weren't able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again. During this time we were contacted by multiple agents and their message was all the same - how great of an agent they are and how they will sell our house quickly. Not one asked to come see the house or asked about our house. That was a big turn off. When we decided to use an agent David was an easy choice. After choosing David, he continued to impress. He was professional throughout the entire process and took the time to research our neighborhood thoroughly. He would share his professional opinion and recommendations but always allowed us to make the decisions. He supported is in our goals and then put his team to work. David and his team also did an excellent job of marketing our house and presenting it as the best house in our neighborhood. His efforts were very successful with 12 viewings in two weeks time that produced 3 offers. We accepted an all cash offer, within our goal range, three weeks after our house went on the market. Our sales price was also the highest sales price for a house in our neighborhood to date. An overall great experience and I highly recommend David and his team. Not only does his track record of selling a high volume each year prove his expertise, but his genuine desire to help people get the best possible outcome for their home is what stood out to the sellers! The sellers had previously dealt with a top agent who was not as communicative as they had hoped, and that was a requirement they were looking for next time.
