Downstairs is a market hall with various food venues named The Board, The Stack, La Ventana, The Layover, and Peak Provisions. There is also a conference hall and an executive wing. The central stairs area looks like a nice coworking space for those who telework with its scattered cushions for seating on the bench like steps and glass glazing. A very modern appeal to this entire space with its tall glass storefronts, potted greenery along the stairs, and various selections of dining. Parking was easy as there is a free lot directly in front of the building. I would definitely come back here!

Good food court style lunch spot on south side of 101 in SSF that's more upscale than your regular cafeteria but not as comfy as dining in a typical restaurant. Seems like several of these food courts are popping up in the area, however, since there aren't that many restaurants in the biotech district. The group has already successfully launched several other spots nearby in the Oyster Point/East Grand Ave area such as Foundry & Lux and another new market hall concept with more Italian food called Riposo. Anyway, building has cool, modern architecture with plenty of parking and they serve a variety of different foods ranging from sandwiches and salads to Korean, American or Mexican cuisine. I went with the double stack smash burger and it was pretty good. The meat was moist and tasty but it was a little soggy from the geneous sauteed onions and some sort of white sauce. Comes with fries that weren't bad, not as crispy as I'd like but not too greasy either. Got sort of crowded in the main seating area when I left around 12:30 but wasn't bad when i arrived at 11:45. Also they have good amount of outside seating, too, so I think you can bring pets. But this does cater to the workers in the area so didn't see any pets while I was there and the Market Hall is only open weekdays from 11-2.

From the very beginning, Diane went above and beyond to help me plan this special day. She answered my many questions, worked through every accommodation with me, and made the entire booking process seamless. Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made me feel like she was just as invested in the celebration as I was. By the end of the planning process, I had unofficially promoted her to honorary bridesmaid status. When we arrived, Valeria and Kayla were fantastic. They immediately jumped into "surprise mode," graciously playing along by checking us in at the host stand and escorting us to our table without giving anything away. Their teamwork helped keep the bride-to-be completely unsuspecting until she walked into a room full of family and friends. Valeria also accommodated my request to play a millennial throwback playlist, and every hit had us singing along--it was the perfect soundtrack for the afternoon. Our server, Skylar, was equally wonderful. She made excellent wine recommendations, was attentive without ever making us feel rushed, and truly made us feel at home. Even after our reserved time had ended, she warmly invited us to stay and continue enjoying ourselves. What was supposed to be a two-hour brunch turned into nearly four hours of laughter, wine, and celebrating, and we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. The beautiful winery, delicious brunch, excellent wine, and stunning atmosphere were everything I had hoped for. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the people. Diane, Valeria, Kayla, Skylar, and the entire Murrieta's Well team created an experience that felt warm, personal, and genuinely special. Planning a surprise from start to finish can be stressful, but thanks to this incredible team, all I had to do was enjoy watching my best friend's reaction. Thank you for helping create memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to come back!

Probably one of the most memorable weddings as during the couples vows when a freight train passed by for 5 minutes which caused some laughter by the Officiant and guests. After dinner was served which by the way the pre-selected entrees of steak, salmon and chicken Marsala were actually really good snd not overcooked, the guests were either dancing or waiting in line for their ice cream from Mr. Softee when those inside were told to evacuate due to an electrical fire. Prior to the announcement, many of us had seen the outdoor lights flicker on an off and we thought that someone had accidentally was playing with the light switch. Fire department was called and shortly after we left. Staff was very professional throughout the event and no complaints with the indoor and outdoor venues.

We loved our wedding here so much, that we also came back for Casa Bella's Mother's Day Brunch event too!

Roger the manager is absolutely amazing to work with and he's very upfront and honest with you, accommodating, patient and super kind. We felt so relaxed working with him and he made us feel so at ease when we did our final check in with him before the event. The best part is that Dominic's do not charge different prices for different events. It's all the same cost! You just pick a package for the amount of people and what your needs are in regards to food and drink options and that's it! We opted for the stylish flair package where it was $95 per person for buffet dinner and 1.5 hours open bar. It was plenty of food for our guest count of 120 and our family doesn't really drink so the 1.5 hours open bar was perfect. Just know the bar is a separate entity than the venue. The food was delicious and our guests raved about it. The venue was also a perfect size for our guest count of 120 and didn't feel too cramped at all but also cozy enough to feel intimate. We chose the dessert table option from the package but also got to bring our own cake and the venue didn't charge extra to cut and serve it. Also the head server for the night was so great to work with. They really take good care of you and your guests with frequent check ins. Overall I highly recommend Dominic's to host any even you have whether it be a wedding, wedding reception, grad party, bday party, reunion and much more.

Flowers were abloom this summer afternoon in late June. The lavender herb bushes were oozing fragrance with the wind, the dahlias were on full display and the lilies were blossoming. Our first was during the fall. Not a lot of blooms but the autumn colors and the holiday decor were a sight to remember. We usually spend a good 3 hours here. Taking in the scenery and snapping a lot of photos. Though patrons come here for the garden, the mansion itself was a mini-castle worthy of a visit. I compare it to the likes of the the Hearst Castle and European palaces with a vast array of art and antiquities from allover the world. This place is very well maintained. It is easily one of the best maintained Historic Buildings and Gardens I have visited.
