They look fantastic and Wayne and his guys did a great job with 30 year old sport seats that are a little tricky to work on and have some older plastic parts that need to be handled correctly or risk breaking them. Once assembled, the seats look factory new. The leather upholstery kit I bought matched the OEM exactly and I wanted the upholstery to look factory BMW and I think it turned out a "10". And the old heating elements still work in the new seats too! I have included the before and after shot and some installed in the car. My only advice is be sure you allow enough time for the work to be done and have an idea what this type of work will cost and time involved in getting it right.

I have a sofa sectional (attached photos below) and have had this sofa for about 6-7 months. Because the sofa had a chase on one end, I could not find a coffee table to fit in the center because it was super narrow!! My husband and I searched for MONTHS to find a coffee table literally up until a few weeks ago when we decided there isn't anything we can find! We decided it was best to see if someone could just chop off the chase part of couch making in into a Solid chair. (After photo below) I sent in an email at the end of July, with exactly what I wanted with dimensions and photos etc. and awaited a call from them. After calling multiple companies with outrageous prices and some other companies saying "You're probably better off getting a new couch" we finally got the news from Janet & Summer that we've been waiting for!! Sure! It's $350, and you can bring it down and pick it up by the end of Aug. We loaded it up, brought it down right away, early Aug and she took a $50% deposit and I kid you not, she called me ONE DAY LATER and said "It's ready!!" This business was such a delight to work with. So professional, honest and really an overall pleasure. Thank you guys so so much. I can finally go buy a coffee table after not having one for 6 months and get rid of my hideous, tiny, temporary IKEA side table haha! PS THEY ARE ON FLORIDA STREET IN VALLEJO, NOT GEORGIA!!

The bottom was falling out. The springs were so far gone that every time you sat in it you felt like you might actually fall through. Artisan Interiors rebuilt the interior completely, eight-way hand-tied springs, the whole structure, and saved the original fabric his grandmother had chosen. All of it. They polished the wood while they had it. Two to three weeks, reasonable price, no drama. David runs the operation and was easy to talk to from the first conversation. Knowledgeable, straightforward, no overselling. It's a family business -- his father is the upholsterer -- and it shows in how they treat what you bring them. I didn't fully understand how damaged it was until I got it back. Now it feels the way it was supposed to feel. Solid. Sturdy. You can sit in it comfortably without holding your breath. It's been around for two hundred years, and with good care it'll be around for two hundred more. Thank you Artisan Interiors!
