Nash at Window Repair Auto Glass Tint in Pomona is the real deal. I brought in my Tesla Model S…read more(not the easiest or cheapest car to work on), and he handled it flawlessly. From the start, he was genuine, responsive, and stayed in touch over a couple weeks while I got my funds together--even quoted me for a BMW windshield I'll be doing next. He originally said 2-3 hours, but finished my Tesla windshield in just 45 minutes--way ahead of schedule. His pricing was more than fair (much lower than other quotes I received), and the quality of both the glass work and window tint was excellent. It's rare to find someone this honest, efficient, and committed to taking care of people. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his customers. I'll be bringing all my cars to him moving forward--highly recommend. Don't hesitate.

Worst experience ever dealing with a window repair shop If I…read morecould describe this place in 3 words it would be dishonest, rude, and careless Those words really describe this place to a tee. I should of known this place was full of liars based of them saying there 24 hours and they are not. They need to change that. The guy guermo is very rude and if u have a problem he's dismissive and will cut u off if u try to explain your issue that they caused Rio auto glass in Ontario on mission Blvd is the wrong place to take your car to if you're having window issues. They are very careless. They replaced my window motor and my door lock button didn't work immediately after they replaced my window motor. I told the guy who replaced my window motor and he immediately didn't take any accountability for my door lock button not working. I come back the very next day and the guy finally admitted that he tied the door lock actuator cable to tight. But it shows how dishonest this place is for denying it in the first place. He tells me that they only replaced my window motor and we didn't touch anything to do with the door lock button but after I stand my ground and we had to argue about it they finally admitted they did touch the actuator cable which caused my button to not work. Then after that my door handle wouldn't open from the inside they messed that up too. I have to say it again this place is very careless and they don't care about people's cars.I would definitely not recommend coming here because they are dishonest like Alot of mechanics and people just in general that do car services It's hard finding a decent mechanic/ people that do car services like this horrible place
