I should of known this place was full of liars based of them saying there 24 hours and they are not. They need to change that. The guy guermo is very rude and if u have a problem he's dismissive and will cut u off if u try to explain your issue that they caused Rio auto glass in Ontario on mission Blvd is the wrong place to take your car to if you're having window issues. They are very careless. They replaced my window motor and my door lock button didn't work immediately after they replaced my window motor. I told the guy who replaced my window motor and he immediately didn't take any accountability for my door lock button not working. I come back the very next day and the guy finally admitted that he tied the door lock actuator cable to tight. But it shows how dishonest this place is for denying it in the first place. He tells me that they only replaced my window motor and we didn't touch anything to do with the door lock button but after I stand my ground and we had to argue about it they finally admitted they did touch the actuator cable which caused my button to not work. Then after that my door handle wouldn't open from the inside they messed that up too. I have to say it again this place is very careless and they don't care about people's cars.I would definitely not recommend coming here because they are dishonest like Alot of mechanics and people just in general that do car services It's hard finding a decent mechanic/ people that do car services like this horrible place

A vandal smashed the rear window of my car and I decided to pay out of pocket instead of going through my deductible. After inquiring tradesman in the area I decided to go with Moe. He arrived a few minutes early, inspected the damage, professionally removed all the tabs making sure the factory tabs would not be broken, inspected the motor, seals, took car in removing the shards, assembled the replacement, tested, reassembled the panel, and cleaned the area efficiently and effectively. Ugh. Broken back windshield of your car. This really put a damper on all our plans for the day, not…read moreto mention the thought of having to spend money to replace it. We searched for a glass repair shop, and within a few minutes of submitting for an online quote, they called us. He were able to schedule someone to come out to our home, with a brand new windshield in tow, within 2 hours. The guy on the phone took down all the info he needed as to what size windshield they need to bring, etc. He also took down our credit card information for an easy transaction. It was very reasonably priced as well. Adrian came to our house in the time frame he was supposed to. He was able to pop open the car compartment that had shards of glass inside, and he cleaned that out too. He placed the new glass in, vacuumed all the tiny shards that was in the trunk, and was very professional. Adrian did an excellent job, and this was done all within an hour! One thing that struck out was that the guy that we spoke to in the beginning called us at the end of the service, and wanted to know if everything went well and if we were satisfied with the service.
