Great work done by the technicians. I am very pleased with the results. However, the office waiting room is so small and air conditioning is not working when I was there. Not only that no fan or cooling unit for the technicians in the shop. Other than that they have the best technicians. read more

I went to get my windshield repaired since a rock had hit it while driving on the freeway but since it had started to sprinkle, and my windshield had gotten a little wet, they told me that they couldn't repair it. However, they came the next day to my home and repaired it for me... I was so happy my car insurance covered the repair but if not, I remember they charge a very reasonable fee that I was willing to pay if my insurance wasn't going to cover it... The gentleman who repaired my windshield was very nice and professional. read more

Had to replace my front windshield due to a rock hitting it and no way to repair it, so I called my insurance company and they referred me to All Star Glass. They called me within 24 hours to schedule a mobile repair and came out within 48 hours. They're absolutely fast and excellent customer service. It took him less than 90 mins and provided thorough after care instructions. I highly recommend them with or without insurance. read more

I called AGN and got a same day appointment! My technician Carlos arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. He had a very messy job on his hands but left the trunk and back seat totally vacuumed and cleaned. I appreciate timeliness and friendly customer service. You can't tell the window was ever broken - Five stars! read more

The initial experience was great. We were greeted by the service "technician" and he took pictures to document any prior damages to our 2026 Mazda CX50 with 5k miles. I observed the service man as he used his cell phone and stood appropriately 4 feet away from the vehicle and took his pictures. When we received our vehicle, I saw four scratches located above the center of the brand new windshield. The scratches were approximately 2.5 to 3 inches in length and were apparently made with a scraping tool. I let the service technician know of my concern and he dismiss the issue by stating that his photos couldn't document if the scratches were there prior. How convenient of him. My vehicle has no dings, dents or scratches. And the only ones are in the area you worked on! I am disappointed on how dismissive and defensive he was and how he offered no way of resolving the issue. This is my only concern. Lack of accountability is a serious problem. read more

had a small crack repair and was told it was go away and only see a slight smudge from the inside. after the repair the crack was still 100 percent visible from the inside and out. after the fact they told me that the crack would still be visible and they only care about the integrity of the window. please be transparent with what's going to happen otherwise i would've taken my business elsewhere. i had taken it for another opinion after wards and was told that they did a horrible job and that this could have been prevented. read more

10/10 service I would 100% recommend coming here for the best prices, my window completely shattered and they fixed it for cheaper than what I was originally going to pay. Lupe and Chen saved me so much money and time. read more

First windshield had a defect they offer to get me another they failed to confirm my second appointment I had to call in to confirm the windshield they installed was not only not the one I had asked for but a completely different brand . Had they called me and told me my requested glass was not available on the schedule date I would have cancelled and waited for the correct windshield. This windshield I have now I feel is one of those need a temp windshield until I have money to buy the correct one. I should have just bought my windshield from the dealer and have them install. I'm a daughter of a former auto mechanic I know the difference. Meanwhile I now have a windshield on my car that doesn't make feel safe. Cheap yes safe no. The original repair order came in with a different time frame than I requested and had to confirm my original timeframe they wrote it wrong in the initial order but had it back office correct. I'm really disappointed in this company. On top of that they broke my window washer connection cable stating it old now I have to replace that as well. Another expense I didn't need. To anyone who wants to use them make sure to check the window brand before they install. To make sure you are getting the correct glass. I learned any expensive lesson. read more

Super happy with my service today. Alejandro was fast and efficient. He was very friendly and he went above and beyond!!!! He cleaned up glass that had fallen in the cracks and just did a lot more than I expected. Initially I called Safelite but they were going to make me wait a week. All star was recommended by mercury and I am super happy. The only issue I have which is my fault for not catching it... the new window (back window) is a lot different than what I had.... It has lines on it which I really don't like.... Also the sides are an off white and block some of the view which wasn't the case before... I wish I had caught this before but not his fault at all read more

I had an appointment today to replace the front windshield on my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. I was referred to this shop by my car insurance Mercury. I am extremely satisfied with the job done. I was quoted 2 hours to complete the job, but it was done in 1 hr, so I was very happy about that! Alex helped me out, very nice guy! The shop is clean, everyone their is friendly. Hopefully I never have another broken glass issue, but if I do, this is the spot to take your cars too. Also, fyi I believe the company changed names now to All Star Glass, but still at the same location. read more

A very good price, if you are willing to be treated terribly and talked down to. No idea about their work, went elsewhere. I did receive a nasty call the next day and was browbeaten and hung up on for not using them for my cracked windshield. RUDE. Good luck with that business model. read more

While driving to work this morning my husband's windshield was hit with a very large object and not only did it put a crack in the windshield but it put a hole in the windshield and small tiny pieces of glass flew into the car. Thankfully he was OK. Since he is 50 miles from home, I didn't want him driving with his windshield in that condition so I called my insurance company Mercury. They referred me to All Star Glass in Van Nuys. They were able to get me a same day appointment with two guys showing up to fix the windshield within five hours of my call. They were quick and efficient and super friendly. Job well done. I highly recommend All Star Glass in Van Nuys. read more

Overall a fair experience with some exceptions. My windshield was replaced as expected within the time-frame provided (~ 2 hours). Upon inspection, there was a small amount of black excess 'sealant' protruding (bulge) out of the driver's side top windshield mount. I brought this to the attention of the lady in the front office at 5 PM on a Friday. She said I would need to bring the vehicle back on Monday to get it fixed since they were already closed at 5 PM (although their website and when I made the appointment said they CLOSE at 6 PM). That was a minor inconvenience. I returned on Monday at 8 AM and a man immediately took care of me and removed the excess 'sealant'. However, he claimed to have used a razor blade and in doing so he inadvertently cut some of the headliner. It is a small inconspicuous amount, but I know it is there. I am afraid to bring it back there for further 'repair' because the damage may get worse. I doubt I will return that that location. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE scheduled service I had to Take the day off since their service time was from 8 to 5. They sent me a message at 9 o'clock in the morning saying that they can't make it and they're going to reschedule already and scheduled for me a week later. They had a whole week to figure that out before they tell me last minute. I called them and the lady wasn't going to give me a manager and she hangs up on me because I am in irate customer. Spoke with manager Javier who couldn't help me one bit. Just a bunch of sorry's and no remedies. I will never go through this company again nor do I recommend this company to anyone. This glass shop is tops and the services provided are first rate. Staff is professional and you can't beat the rates.

Had my windshield replaced and my ADAS recalibrated by them. Picked up up my vehicle and noticed the rear view mirror was now shaking while driving. They came out the following week to adjust the mirror. Technician noticed that the incorrect glue was used the first time around. He quickly got the mirror fixed which was great. I went out for dinner and noticed that now my ADAS is not working as designed. My lane departure system is now beeping at me constantly telling me I'm veering left even though I am centered. I now have to set up a third appointment to have this checked out. Update. I called Saturday morning and they set me up for an appointment to have it calibrated. They asked if I was available tomorrow at 9am. I was. I am now sitting in the parking lot only to find out they are closed on Sundays. I called and they said they had me schedule for Monday at 9am. I am not a available during the week at 9am. If she had said 9am Monday, I would not have booked the appointment. read more

The company should make sure their employees employ safe vehicle operations at all times when in the company vehicle. Someone driving a pickup truck with this company's logo and information went right through a stop sign in front of an elementary school with children present in the immediate area. I had to use them - per mercury insurance- but everything about all star is awful- Javier was a no show, then called to say my windshield was 'damaged', he failed to provide the correct address for the next installer, and acted like no big deal. If you have an option- go elsewhere. read more

All-Star Glass recently replaced the windshield of my 2018 Prius. I was a little apprehensive because of the necessary recalibration process that followed the replacement due to the cameras and side mirrors. The work turned out super and I'm very pleased with the new windshield. Javier knows his craft! read more

Linda, Patty and Laura are absolutely the best at their jobs. They dont mind going one more step to make sure they resolve your window problems. My windshield cracked in two places along the wiper area from the hot sun. I contacted my insurance and they recommended All Star Glass so glad they did I found out I didnt need the insurance this time and my husband decided we need to tint the windows. I told Patty this and she took it upon herself to find the name and number and she called me back and gave me a company they have worked with before and I called the tint shop and was told to go ahead and have All Star install the glass windshield This is a win win Thank you All Star Glass read more

I had my windshield installed on my leased Honda fit today by Matt. He was very polite and professional. It turned out perfect. All Star was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately because I have a lease I had to purchase a Honda windshield replacement so it was costly. I ended up claiming it on my insurance and the rep from San Diego did the claim for me over the phone with mercury. The whole experience was very professional and they contacted me periodically to give me updates and the status of the order and to schedule the install at my home on a Saturday. They were also willing to do it my workplace. I will use them again if there ever a need (but hopefully not). read more

Second great experience with these guys. This time had to replace the windshield on a new pilot. They had to order from Honda due to all the electronics and sensors, which need to be recalibrated after the replacement. Instead of having a dealer do it afterwards we brought the car to All Star and they did it all at once. Finished on time and everything is perfect. Works great with AAA insurance. read more

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am. Matthew Leverett, the manager, is a GLASS MAGICIAN! My car was struck by rocks falling off a dump truck on the freeway. I thought I'd have to have the glass replaced, at worst. Matthew arrived at my office, assessed the "damage" and then reported that nothing was broken - just chipped. Matthew then did whatever magic he does and you can't see the chip at all. Great customer service. Great attitude. Great response time. Highly recommended. read more

Always great service. I always go to All Star for windshield repair/replacement through our auto insurance. They make house calls! I had a warranty call two weeks ago and the gentleman wouldn't stop until he found the problem (leak) turns out it wasn't the windshield after all. He fixed it and hopefully with the rain this winter, I won't be swimming in my car! Thanks All Star Glass! Kristie C read more

I think this review is more than appropriate for the professionalism and the excellent communication from the folks there at All Star Glass. I called to have a windshield put in my 1990 Toyota 4 x 4 pick up. They came highly recommended by some close friends as well as my own insurance agent. I could have gotten a cheaper estimate but then again I would've got substandard Chinese manufactured material as well as not the level of courtesy I received from the folks at all-star glass. They used a top-quality PPW replacement windshield as well as higher grade installation materials. I did all of the preliminary work myself which saved them a little bit of time but I did not mind because that is what I do anyway. I called on a Wednesday and they were here Thursday morning at 8 o'clock sharp. Luis, the installer, made it a point to contact me to let me know when he was on his way as well as to when he arrived at my destination. He worked promptly and efficiently. There was, however, an issue with the upper molding that they replaced as it was a little too wavy for my liking. I phoned the call center on Friday and they said they would dispatch someone here Monday morning to replace the defective part as they also reiterated that customer satisfaction was a top priority. The installer, Matt, was here promptly at 10 AM to replace the bad part. When he was all done the truck looked like a brand new one! Two big thumbs up to All- Star Glass as you have made a satisfied & future repeat customer. read more
