We have used New View once before on our RV when the wind caused the door to hit our bus style mirrors, and broke the glass. This time they are repairing the foggy/haze-y windows on the driver side of the motorhome, and replacing the driver side window. The girls in the office were able to answer all my questions, and scheduling was easy. The guys arrived, a bit earlier than anticipated, but I missed the phone call. We have a 2023 Newmar New Aire. We were on our way to needing our driver's side window replaced for a 3rd time in 2 years, when we were referred to New View Glass. Our driver's side dual pane window had been an issue for various reasons when we took delivery of our new coach. New View did a fantastic and clean job of replacing our window. As I mentioned this was our 3rd attempt at getting a solid install. We did not know about New View on replacements 1 and 2. Our front windshield on our RV cracked while we were on a trip. Our insurance company recommended replacement by New View. It took a few weeks to get an appointment as they're really busy. My double pain drivers side windows had fogged up to the point I couldn't see anything in the mirror making it a little dangerous. I saw an add on facebook for a couple brothers out of Temecula. I emailed them 4 times through there wedsite and left a message on their voice mail, never got a responce. The previous owner of my coach had to have some of the windows done quite a few years ago by a company out of Redlands, looked them up on Yelp and the reviews were less than average. In one of the reviews the poster said he wouldn't use these guys and stated he had found New View Glass and used them and was very happy with the results. So I looked them up and liked what I read and reached out with an email through their website, I received a phone call 20 mins later. They replaced a shattered tinted window glass on our travel trailer. This the only auto glass repair shop that would replace the broken window. I looked and called many rv and auto glass repair shops and no one does that kind of repair. The mobile service on their web page gave me hope. THEY did do this type of repair. Called them up and they brought the new glass window this morning. Their techs are VERY nice and do professional work. I will use them again if I need. I contacted New View Glass to replace the glass in my escape hatch window in my fifth wheel. They were so amazing. We live out of state, but store our RV in Riverside. They worked with us to meet our cousin at the storage yard to get the frame of the window, so that they could order the glass. Then we showed up unannounced and they worked with us to get everything installed on a moment's notice. Jazmin, Dave, and Donald treated us like we were family! Our RV window was smashed. New View was our third vendor. One didn't have enough employees to install, the second took a two week vacation, leaving his phone at home and then said he had an incorrect measurement. Luckily I found New View, they were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They had trouble getting the right cut from their vendor, but eventually cut the glass piece themselves and had it tempered. I was originally going to repair the fogged windows in my Thor Palazzo motorhome myself, but after reassessing the size and wieght of the large window on the passenger side I decided to call New View Auto Glass in Riverside/Jurupa. They come to you but as it happens I store my RV at McBrides in Chino, only about 11 miles from New View. They fixed the two fogged panes in the window and reinstalled it for $225 per pane or $450 total. From what I can tell I would have paid at least $150-$200 for supplies to try to do it myself. Anyway James and Chris were polite, efficient, and quickly removed the window set and about 10 days later reinstalled it. They sealed the opening with plastic so well that no rainwater came in even though we had some heavy rain while the winndows were out. I can't recommend them more, they did a great job at what I consider to be a great price! read more

First time review, and I have to say I am not satisfied with the work they've done on my car. Basically my car was broken into and the front passenger window was shattered. Had New View Auto Glass come do a drive thru, to fix the window and clear all the glass. When they put the interior plastic back on the door they put it on incorrectly causing the door to vibrate when music is played. It makes a brand new car feel cheap and old. I recently relocated a bit far away, and had to go to the dealership to have the door looked at. Turns out there is plenty of glass still in the door that they didn't bother to clear out. I recently contacted them for a partial refund but was swiftly denied. Let me just say. The staff was incredibly swift and professional, including the CEO who I recently spoke to. My problem is that they didn't do a good job the first time. They have offered to take another look at it, but like I said, its a very long commute back to Corona just to have my door properly fixed. Again, very professional establishment with a very kind staff. But if you do have New View Auto Glass do any repairs on your vehicle, be sure to do a very in depth inspection on the work that they provide. Check literally everything. Literally... My RV needed a new windshield, I took a rock in upstate NY. Chris and James came out from New View Glass and explained the whole process as they proceeded to remove the broken windshield, and then explained about where water usually leaks in a stock OEM glass install. He said my replacement won't leak, and most OEM windshields do leak, some just a little, some a lot. The leaks cause rust. When the broken windshield was removed I had 3 spots with rust, just like he said. They cleaned the rust off with a wire drill brush, then put a coat of special primer paint that's made to work with the silicon glue used to bond the windshield to the RV frame. He said my coach looked pretty good, not much rust, I was lucky. When installing the new windshield he sealed 4 different places where water can enter, turning the cosmetic covers a water shed, which is better than factory. Great job. I feel fortunate to get these guys to install my windshield. They definitely know how to replace RV glass, which is a huge job IMO. The job was done right in my driveway, very convenient for me. The windshield was covered by my insurance, and Safeco selected New View because they had the experience of replacing RV windshields. I highly recommend them. read more

My windshied was hit by a rock on the freeway about the size of a quarter and I was told this is the place to go by one of my man friends to get it fixed for a fair price. They charge $60 for a anything the size of a quarter or less, and it only took 30 minutes. They have a little waiting room with a TV so you can keep occcupied while she (that's right it was a girl) made the repairs. And to top it off, they guarantee the repair for 10 years!!! I can still see a little dot on my windshild about the size of a pen point, but definitely better than before... I would totally recommend this and them before a complete replacement. read more

We had 2 front windows on our Motorhome that were very fogged, and a chip in the windshield from a rock strike. New View Auto Glass answered the call, and sent out a couple of their guys to our location (we are fulltime RV'ers). They removed both windows and covered the openings in plastic.
