I highly recommend this company. Very professional from the first phone call with Roxy to picking up my Sprinter from Tim. New View utilized original manufacture materials and it functions like new. Mercedes wanted almost double to repair the window and then declined to do the work because of the interior paneling. read more

We have used New View once before on our RV when the wind caused the door to hit our bus style mirrors, and broke the glass. This time they are repairing the foggy/haze-y windows on the driver side of the motorhome, and replacing the driver side window. The girls in the office were able to answer all my questions, and scheduling was easy. The guys arrived, a bit earlier than anticipated, but I missed the phone call. They removed the windows, in about an hour.... And they were super nice and professional. We should have them back in about a week. Highly recommend read more

If you need RV glass repair done - Do NOT hesitate to use New View Glass. Efficient, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Reasonably Priced. Roxy, Jasmine and Christian were Amazing to deal with. Good Business does not get recognized enough - they are a worthwhile business to support. read more

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Prompt, professional and more than fair. The entire team treated us and our RV with respect, and left everything better than they found it, and not just the glass. They even went above and beyond, taking the time to remove tape residue that was left behind due to it sitting so long while we waited on the original glass manufacturer who never came through. Would definitely use them again! read more

Our front windshield on our RV cracked while we were on a trip. Our insurance company recommended replacement by New View. It took a few weeks to get an appointment as they're really busy. Chris and James came to our RV park to do an on-site replacement. They talked me through the whole job, so I knew (and could watch) what they were doing. It was a complex replacement but they did the whole job in about 45 minutes. They were thoroughly professional. The trailer looks good as new. I am very satisfied. See photos! read more

After a 2 month wait for "Reliable" Glass out of Redlands to communicate re: scheduling, I called New View Glass and was scheduled in less than a week. Prompt, on time, clean repair of my RV's dual pane windows. Pricing is very fair. Mobile crew is polite and courteous. I highly recommend them. read more

We have a 2023 Newmar New Aire. We were on our way to needing our driver's side window replaced for a 3rd time in 2 years, when we were referred to New View Glass. Our driver's side dual pane window had been an issue for various reasons when we took delivery of our new coach. New View did a fantastic and clean job of replacing our window. As I mentioned this was our 3rd attempt at getting a solid install. We did not know about New View on replacements 1 and 2. If we had known about them, we would have only had to deal with this window replacement once. Tim and his team did a perfect job. The job was done timely and professionally. The window is now seated properly and the finish work around the outside of the window is done nicely and very clean. We would recommend New View Glass over any other options you may have. read more

My double pain drivers side windows had fogged up to the point I couldn't see anything in the mirror making it a little dangerous. I saw an add on facebook for a couple brothers out of Temecula. I emailed them 4 times through there wedsite and left a message on their voice mail, never got a responce. The previous owner of my coach had to have some of the windows done quite a few years ago by a company out of Redlands, looked them up on Yelp and the reviews were less than average. In one of the reviews the poster said he wouldn't use these guys and stated he had found New View Glass and used them and was very happy with the results. So I looked them up and liked what I read and reached out with an email through their website, I received a phone call 20 mins later. They explained how it worked I made an appointment they removed the window took to their shop and 10 days later I had what looked like new windows. Very, very pleased with the outcome. Strongly recommend them they are professional, courteous and leave no trace of them being there. read more

Tim Kludt and company came out today to do a warranty job on my new RV. They were sent to my home by my RV dealer. I highly recommend this company for any vehicle or home repair! They were utmost professional and all 3 had great personalities! They didn't mind hubby and me staying with them and watching, in fact they wanted us to stay with them during the process!! Great guys to deal with! read more

Our RV passenger dual pane window had water in it. We ordered and received the window and called New View Auto Glass. They worked with our schedule, and James and Chris came to our home and installed our window. They were prompt, knowledgeable, informative, reasonable, passionate about accomplishing the job, very professional, and personable all at the same time. James and Chris assured the work area and the completed window was clean when they finished the job. They even left us with some valuable tips about maintaining the seals on our RV and the use of power washing. Couldn't asked for better professionals. New View Auto Glass will be our go to Glass company when needed. read more

They replaced a shattered tinted window glass on our travel trailer. This the only auto glass repair shop that would replace the broken window. I looked and called many rv and auto glass repair shops and no one does that kind of repair. The mobile service on their web page gave me hope. THEY did do this type of repair. Called them up and they brought the new glass window this morning. Their techs are VERY nice and do professional work. I will use them again if I need. The window that shattered was those one of those dark colored windows that set outside the window frame. We are very happy with their service. read more

I called New View and spoke with Roxy regarding my 2000 Excursion having a leak from the back glass. With upcoming rain in the forecast I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. She was able to get it looked at same day! Tim brought the truck back and inspected it. He quoted us on repair and began working right away! We didn't expect it to get fixed same day but I was so grateful they got it done, other places around wouldn't even look at it for another week. Tim and Roxy we're both great pleasures to work with and I would recommend this shop to all. Big big thank you to you both! read more

I contacted New View Glass to replace the glass in my escape hatch window in my fifth wheel. They were so amazing. We live out of state, but store our RV in Riverside. They worked with us to meet our cousin at the storage yard to get the frame of the window, so that they could order the glass. Then we showed up unannounced and they worked with us to get everything installed on a moment's notice. Jazmin, Dave, and Donald treated us like we were family! I will highly recommend this company. read more

New View came out last tuesday to replace our class A motor home windshield. I couldn't have asked for a better company. The gentlemen who came out arrived early, answered all my questions, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up every scrap. Wonderful service very nice and they are the only place that had my rv window and vent glass

Our RV window was smashed. New View was our third vendor. One didn't have enough employees to install, the second took a two week vacation, leaving his phone at home and then said he had an incorrect measurement. Luckily I found New View, they were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They had trouble getting the right cut from their vendor, but eventually cut the glass piece themselves and had it tempered. They were able to get us a perfectly installed window in time for our vacation! Cannot say enough good things about them. Would definitely use them again. read more

I was originally going to repair the fogged windows in my Thor Palazzo motorhome myself, but after reassessing the size and wieght of the large window on the passenger side I decided to call New View Auto Glass in Riverside/Jurupa. They come to you but as it happens I store my RV at McBrides in Chino, only about 11 miles from New View. They fixed the two fogged panes in the window and reinstalled it for $225 per pane or $450 total. From what I can tell I would have paid at least $150-$200 for supplies to try to do it myself. Anyway James and Chris were polite, efficient, and quickly removed the window set and about 10 days later reinstalled it. They sealed the opening with plastic so well that no rainwater came in even though we had some heavy rain while the winndows were out. I can't recommend them more, they did a great job at what I consider to be a great price! read more

First time review, and I have to say I am not satisfied with the work they've done on my car. Basically my car was broken into and the front passenger window was shattered. Had New View Auto Glass come do a drive thru, to fix the window and clear all the glass. When they put the interior plastic back on the door they put it on incorrectly causing the door to vibrate when music is played. It makes a brand new car feel cheap and old. I recently relocated a bit far away, and had to go to the dealership to have the door looked at. Turns out there is plenty of glass still in the door that they didn't bother to clear out. I recently contacted them for a partial refund but was swiftly denied. Let me just say. The staff was incredibly swift and professional, including the CEO who I recently spoke to. My problem is that they didn't do a good job the first time. They have offered to take another look at it, but like I said, its a very long commute back to Corona just to have my door properly fixed. Again, very professional establishment with a very kind staff. But if you do have New View Auto Glass do any repairs on your vehicle, be sure to do a very in depth inspection on the work that they provide. Check literally everything. Literally... Everything... read more

They are very informative about the glass repair. They are straight forward about the job and your motorhome.

My windshied was hit by a rock on the freeway about the size of a quarter and I was told this is the place to go by one of my man friends to get it fixed for a fair price. They charge $60 for a anything the size of a quarter or less, and it only took 30 minutes. They have a little waiting room with a TV so you can keep occcupied while she (that's right it was a girl) made the repairs. And to top it off, they guarantee the repair for 10 years!!! I can still see a little dot on my windshild about the size of a pen point, but definitely better than before... I would totally recommend this and them before a complete replacement. read more

Not to many glass businesses repair RV "fogging" Windows. Tim does an excellent job and great customer service. They come to you, remove window, take window, repair, and return to install it at your convenience. 5 STARS!!! After Tim took care of my foggy RV Windows, I decided to use Tim to replace my cracked RV Windshield. With the help of his Technician, Dave, the windshield was installed professionally and in a very timely manner. All done in his new location in Corona!! I would recommend New View Auto Glass to all my friends. read more

My RV needed a new windshield, I took a rock in upstate NY. Chris and James came out from New View Glass and explained the whole process as they proceeded to remove the broken windshield, and then explained about where water usually leaks in a stock OEM glass install. He said my replacement won't leak, and most OEM windshields do leak, some just a little, some a lot. The leaks cause rust. When the broken windshield was removed I had 3 spots with rust, just like he said. They cleaned the rust off with a wire drill brush, then put a coat of special primer paint that's made to work with the silicon glue used to bond the windshield to the RV frame. He said my coach looked pretty good, not much rust, I was lucky. When installing the new windshield he sealed 4 different places where water can enter, turning the cosmetic covers a water shed, which is better than factory. Great job. I feel fortunate to get these guys to install my windshield. They definitely know how to replace RV glass, which is a huge job IMO. The job was done right in my driveway, very convenient for me. The windshield was covered by my insurance, and Safeco selected New View because they had the experience of replacing RV windshields. I highly recommend them. read more

New View Auto Glass did an outstanding job replacing my foggy driver's side window with laminated glass, cleaning up every one of the remaining foggy windows in our coach, and replacing our chipped windshield. Tim and his team were extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and options of repair vs replacement. The job was completed much quicker than expected, at a fair price, and with updates throughout the process. All of our windows are completely clear again and look like new. I highly recommend New View Auto Glass for foggy window clean up or replacement, as well as windshield replacement or repair. You will be very pleased with the results. Thank you Tim! read more

We had 2 front windows on our Motorhome that were very fogged, and a chip in the windshield from a rock strike. New View Auto Glass answered the call, and sent out a couple of their guys to our location (we are fulltime RV'ers). They removed both windows and covered the openings in plastic. Within a few days they returned (Christmas Eve) and reinstalled our new windows. The works was completed in a timely fashion, included the repair of the chip in the windshield.
