Mu car hat the lining/rubber coming out of the front windshield. Asked how much it was and they said $125. The say two small chips on the windshield and said it would have to be completely replaced. They quoted me a price for $185 and the the replacement would arrive at 1:30pm cause it was being shipped from Riverside, which means I would have to wait 2 hours. Turns out shipment starts at 1:30pm and would arrive later and the price had gone up $10. I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company. read more

After discovering the my car was broken into I had to make some calls to see who can replace a broken rear passenger window. I called only 1 business and was given a quick quote over the phone and they said they had the window in stock so I showed up. As i waited for the repairs to complete i called around other auto glass shops and turns out i did not get the best price as i overpaid about 30 bucks. Well the repair was completed in about 1.5 hours and the quality looks good. The customer waiting room is a mess so you may want to hang outside. . Straight scam artists. Went to get my passenger side window fixed and I started noticing afterward that if I rolled the window up with the driver side and tried to roll it back down with the passenger side, it would roll up on its own. I took it back to them for them to check out and they said it was the main switch and that they'd try to find the piece needed to fix it. Two days later, the passenger side door won't even open from the inside anymore. I have to open the door from the outside. I should have known better because one of my friends had the same issue. He had gotten is driver side window fixed by another shop and it was working perfectly but he took it to Rios for the passenger side because they're cheaper and after getting it fixed, his driver side stopped working. I either want a refund or I want my car door fixed! read more

My first time here, I went here because it was recommended by my uncle. Excellent service and great price. They removed the old cracked glass and scraped off literally all the old silicone and rubber down to the metal, then they sealed the metal before putting the new silicone. My car is 14 years old now and I think I have replaced the windshield at least twice before. This people fixed the rusting area that the previous people never bother to seal properly from the previous replacements, The service included fixing the area that was rusting due to poor workmanship elsewhere. They picked up by car from my home fixed the glass and return it with a scratch on the door. I was very upset and called to find out what happened because I know I did not have that on my door. They forgot to tell me because they "assumed" I knew and acted as if they inspected the car prior to service. Yet no paperwork following a so-called inspection.
