You will not find a more cost competitive company while getting amazing service, the highest quality materials and top notch installation. The co-owners, Gabriela (office) and Juan (team lead), and their crew are so easy to work with and assure your total satisfaction through the whole process - they care and their craftsmanship is top notch. Ortiz is highly rated, fully licensed with excellent warranties on their install and a product warranty backed by a high-quality manufacturer. I ran a bid process across 4 companies large to local for a multi-neighbor vinyl fencing project. i used recommendations from a neighbor's property management company, a prior fence company I had used along with finding Ortiz through current research. Ortiz was the clear winner! Ortiz outbid one easily, was the same per foot cost as a larger fence company (Ortiz offered superior product, service and install), and beat a highly rated local company offering $2 less per foot whose customer pictures looked great but pictures are deceiving (that many homeowners would not catch). This one lower cost company uses inferior, less durable 11 1/2 in panels which did not have the UV, weather protection of the high quality manufacturer used by Ortiz. Do not be fooled.

Juan and his team showed up early each day and worked the entire day. We requested a horizontal fence for our front yard with small spacing. The front yard fence was nearly complete when Juan noticed that some of the planks were a different size, making the fence look uneven. Juan tore everything down, started all over again, and cut the planks to the exact size. We so appreciate the attention to detail, hard work, and making sure that we were happy with all aspects of the work. We could not be more pleased with the work and would highly recommend Ortiz Fencing!

After careful deliberation, I chose to go with him to come out and give me a quote. Nick was willing to come out pretty much right away to take a look at the fence but we were held up by my schedule so it took a few days. This timing is important. The day Nick came out to quote me (several days after my initial request) I was just receiving other replies from other companies. This was also a deciding factor to choose IF&M. Nick was extremely friendly, professional, and also human almost as if it was truly his nature and didn't put on any sort of facade to seal the deal which I greatly respected. I do want this to be known that I am not reviewing work that was done due to the fact that before he was able to come out and start work my fence basically collapsed and a buddy of mines father's schedule was clear right away. His quote for the job wasn't far off from Nick's quote which shows you that IF&M is very fair in their pricing and that's including the friend discount. I can't say enough that at a minimum you should have International Fence & Metal at least come out and give you a quote. If I had to do it all over, I wouldn't have changed a thing and still most likely have gone with them.
