I had to drive there myself and ask for the parts back. The lady named Jessica said "i dont know" and shoved a dirty bumper and wires in my hand. Lady was ugly INSIDE AND OUT. Was visiting Houston from out of town and a screw had popped off on my bumper and it was flapping in the wind. I had to drive 150 miles back home on a Sunday so I could make work Monday morning. I called some "body shops" but everybody was closed. I found 2 guys A1 Autobody and this other guy. The other guy wanted me to go to Home Depot and bring him something - while A1 was like I can most likely fix it given the pictures. I was a little reluctant to spend money from somebody on Yelp and not an official body shop. But, I wasn't in a position to really wait and shop around. I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the location this guy was prepared and I could quickly tell he knew his stuff. I felt very comfortable having him work on my car and feel like I got lucky to find him. I have driven 200 miles since, and my car looks great - panels are secure. With the remaining time he offered to fix some dings and gave me the rundown of what could be a quick-fix vs. time-intensive. Bobby has a lot of experience with body work. This is like directly dealing with the guy that will touch your car rather then go to shop, schedule an appointment, and wait around. Overall, very happy and would recommend again.
