I brought my car in because coolant was pouring out and told them I thought it was a broken radiator hose. They claimed the radiator was bad and quoted me $900.I trailered the car home and checked it myself. The problem was a cheap broken tee fitting, not the radiator. I called this place to see if I could have my truck towed there for them to look at and let me know what was wrong and give me a quote to fix the issue. The lady said yea no problem and took my info. After the mechanic looked at it he called me and told me what the issue was and how what the cost would be. It was expensive for me so told them I would have it picked up. They told I had to pay $138 for looking at it otherwise they can't release my car. This is something that should have been stayed over the phone when I first called. So I give the girl my payment info and then see a charge of $142. I asked her why it was $142 when she stated $138. She told me percentage and taxes. At this point I was not happy and I told her yall need to start telling people the fees and what you're charging. She said nothing and hung up on me. No wonder they have 3 star service. Prices have been fair and often an inspection of a problem and estimate have been given for free . They have given rides back to home while working on my vehicle and then picked me up when done. On Nov 12, 2021, Odis sold me an unsafe vehicle. Now he won't return my voicemails or texts. He promised to make it right, but he hasn't. He seems to think I'm making things up, even though three different mechanics have scanned it and multiple codes came up. Each of them stated that I'd be better off getting my money back then trying to repair it. Still, Odis wants me to pay him to come pick the vehicle up and take it to his shop. I've already paid him a lot of money, but he wants more. He tells me through his secretary, Lily, that there's nothing wrong with the car and what it's doing is normal. Does that sound like someone who's interested in repairing it? He's cheated this 60 year old woman out of her savings, he's not trustworthy. Had a power steering leak and took the car in to get a quote. I was told it would be $400 to replace the rack and pinion. I went to get another quote and come to find out the problem was a $25 hose that was leaking. When the owner himself gives you this quote it says a lot about the company and its policies. They can't be trusted and in my opinion should be investigated. read more
