I told a friend about it and they suggested I give Tri-City a tri (see what I did there!). So glad I did! They gave me a quote a 3rd of my previous quote! Not only that, the customer service was very helpful and pleasant, the facilities were very nice, clean, & well kept, & they did a great job on my vehicle. They were able to get the job completed days ahead of the expected completion date and the cost was lower than the original quote. Overall; amazing experience, can't wait to go back! He would charge you for it. This happened on numerous occasions. This is because I trusted this shop. I have proof of this from other mechanics I used. Sometimes my vehicle would sit at his shop for days until I call him. He would tell me to pick it up the next. I would pay him and a few days later I was back at his shop for the same repair. This happened often because I thought he could be trusted. Now I know. I will never use Tri City Auto again. NEVER.
