TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. my car was sent there through state farm for repairs, they kept my car for 3 weeks and ordered parts just to say nevermind they couldn't fix it. took my car apart completely THEN had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for a tow myself. After I had to convince them I shouldn't be responsible for towing fees due to the fact it was drivable before I dropped it off. They sent my car to another mechanic with MISSING PARTS. I had to drive there myself and ask for the parts back. The lady named Jessica said "i dont know" and shoved a dirty bumper and wires in my hand. Lady was ugly INSIDE AND OUT. Horrible customer service . Took a month of get my car back from hail damage. Then the PDR contractor did not fix all of the dings after bringing this to the attention of caliber they told me to bring my car back up there. Steve said he will get a hold of the PDR contractor he would let me know when the contractor could show back up to fix the other dings. I've never heard another word from Steve or caliber collision. They also broke my line assistant camera and had to replace it. I almost got charge for my Rent-A-Car and had to call caliber to pay for a weeks worth. I was told when I dropped off the car. I would get three updates a week and I never got one update. I had to be the one to always call and see what the status was, I will never take my car here again and I advise you not to either read more

We brought our car to this location with one problem back in March of this year, and it came back with more problems than when it went in. The car was there most recently for an entire workweek a couple weeks back, and not all the issues were fixed. When brought up with management, they said that we couldn't prove that they touched the areas no longer working properly, so we would have to go through insurance once again to have the new issues fixed (the ones brought on by the team). I contacted the person that has my claim and they said they send it twice already so I call the caliber collision back and explain to them what the insurance agent said and they told me they will call me back. First time I've taken my car to caliber.....NEVER AGAIN....went to go pick up my car after 1month, lifted the back seat it had mold built in after sooo long of having my car all they did to it was OZONE the car WTF!!! the lady katelynn was nice but she could have been a more about business rather then being nice....my car has been in the shop after 2 months of my car flooding mind y'all I asked them before I took my car if they did flooded vehicles....I guess they needed the money cause babyyyyyyy after paying my deductible and letting them know about the mold and how my carpet was still wet the lady was nervous and told me they don't do flooded cars WAIT A MINUTE WHATTTTT???!!! Went in for an estimate for hail damage, and although Rick and whoever the older man was, (he never did introduce himself or say hello) they did do an estimate but they really need to work on their customer service plus the older man smeared his hand prints all over my car didn't even wipe them off!!
