After a few phone calls, my conversation with Ric stood out immediately -- he had me laughing the moment I giggled about his company name. He came out to look at the project, and we ended up having a great conversation about his business, the challenges he's faced, and the positive attitude that keeps him going. He was honest, transparent, and never pushy. Ric also took into account the work we had already done and made every effort to give us a fair price. His quote was significantly lower than the competitors, and his attitude sealed the deal for us. He returned later the same day, loaded everything up, and hauled it away without any hassle. I highly recommend Big Junk and genuinely hope Ric continues to find success. We'll absolutely use him again.
