I took my glasses into Lenscrafters to have the nose pieces replaced. The lady chipped my lens and tried to tell me it was like that when I brought them in. My husband had pictures of me and it is quite noticeable that the glasses were NOT chipped prior to my visit to Lencrafters. The manager refused to repair or replace my glasses...she said she would talk to the employee and I am left with with chipped lens. I have the employee name but will not mention it here. read more

The other two 5 star reviews were spot on! I cannot think of a more deserving 5 star rating. The store is huge with the left side including the frame selection and the right side handling the eye exams. Our appointment was at 10am, which is right when they open. We were handled professionally and the employee was cracking jokes through the whole process. She was hilarious and truly made our morning. The Doctor, Korey or Corey, was extremely courteous and knowledgable! The frame selection was easy and painless. The entire process took about 2 hours, but we were provided all the information we requested! The general manager and specialists were on point with their friendly customer service and truly took an interest in us. I HIGHLY recommend this Lenscrafters to ANYONE! i really wanted to get glasses from this place as the workers stated that it's " the best quality glasses in the country". unfortunately, when i bought the glasses, not only do they rack up their prices, they also can't give a customer satisfaction guarantee. it's really sad that when i finally received the glasses, it's already been more than a month of wait when they said it would come in a week. in return, one day before my glasses came in, they offered a free protection plan for a year but that won't change the fact that i had to really demand for my glasses in order to get them, aaand call them soooo often bc they would never get back to me..:( they did get back to me once out of around 5 calls that ive made. lastly, my glasses weren't even the shape i wanted although i tried them out and have a pic of how they looked. for some odd reason they look way bigger and are TILTED when u look from the side when i'm wearing them. also the things that stay on ur ears are crooked. basically this is pretty horrible and sad, hopefully when i go in for the third time they'll get it right because i'm tired of calling and asking for things. feels like they give no f****. pls work on y'all's customer service and the quality of the product + shipping wait it really wasn't worth the $305 for my -6.00 prescription( that was their excuse for the long wait - "my vision was really strong so it took a long time to cut the glass") read more

Out of fairness to those of you out there who are seeking a place to get glasses-I suggest going somewhere else. Unless this location steps up their game in a major way. I had one negative experience after another at this location. The manager attempted to make things right but some of the errors simply were too large. This location accidentally reversed the prescription in my glasses after reading them wrong. They put my left eye in my right and right in my left. This is a huge deal because one of my eye crosses. The day I picked it up I told them it seemed very wrong but I was assured I just needed to wear it a few days. I do not comprehend how they didn't catch it before I left the store. While this may be a rare occurrence the next pair they then made to fix the issue-the glass was not cut well enough so they were going to have to send it back. I'm not writing this so LensCrafters tries to fix things as I've had enough with this location. Rather I hope that they will avoid these issues in the future or that at the very least customers are warned of the service. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this location. They did let me return my 2 pairs of glasses for a full refund. I understand honest mistakes happen but this location "accidentally" got 2 pairs wrong. The first being prescription in the wrong eyes and the second the glass did not fit properly in the glasses. In addition LensCrafters has a horrible policy where your 30 day trial begins after you pickup the first messed up pair of glasses not after each new hypothetically "corrected" glasses. The 30 day trial should not begin until I have the proper glasses in hand. The manager assured me they would make sure I got what I needed. However as a matter of principle I think that's a horrible policy on LensCrafters part. I've had glasses since I was about 2 years old and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had trying to get new glasses. read more

Excellent customer service. Walked in on a Thursday afternoon it was busy but they were courteous enough to acknowledge us and service promptly when he was available. Walking in to get one pair of glasses and was so happy with the service got a second pair of prescription sunglasses as well. Even made a donation to the charity that they support. I will come back to this store. read more

Was not pleased with them and certainly do not recommend them to anyone. Their frames were cheap, but expensive and just ugly. They tried to force glasses on me over and over, but I left, instead. I did NOT get a full exam, did not check my eyes, well, even though I was complaining with double vision and headaches. I made another appointment with a very well known, popular Doctor and was properly cared for and my problems solved. If you go to these cheap commercial places, you get what you deserve. These fly-by-night commercial eye places are a scam, only after your money. Do you really want to see a doctor at one of these places...wise up. I certainly learned my lesson and will not make that mistake, again! Go to well established doctors, with many years, and extensive education and knowledge. These are your precious eyes and you need to take caution in selecting your doctor. read more

Worst experience with glasses period, waited over a half hour just to talk to someone all I needed was to get lenses replaced. Then the lady who seems to actually know what she's doing skips over me because of where I'm seated and helps someone else and has this older man Lynn help me- he had trouble remembering how to do everything. Couldn't even take my payment right. I went on my lunch break and was 20 minutes late before I even left the store. I'll be driving across town 20 minutes next time just to get some freaking service that knows what they're doing. read more

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience picking out her first eyeglass frames. The location manager, of whom I cannot remember her name, was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and patient while I dealt with another local eyeglass store that tried to be sneaky by processing my daughter's vision insurance benefits when we had not decided to purchase eyeglasses at that other location. Unfortunately, the manager here at Lenscrafters, had experienced this before with other customers, and told us exactly what to do to get the problem resolved! My daughter's glasses were made in less than an hour and she was so excited to show off her new specs!! No doubt that we will be back for future purchases!!! With so many options available around town and online, it was wonderful to walk into a local establishment and be treated with amazing customer service!!! We were thoroughly impressed!!! i ordered a pear of ray ban prescription sun glasses they said 7 to 10 days for them to come in, I also ordered a pear for my son the next day they called and said mine were in I went there they were my sons. I asked where mine were they said mine would ship the next day I called the next day to see if they shipped to be told they wont ship for another 5 or 6 days read more

Excellent!! I made a last minute appointment for my annual and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday no issue (awesome!!). I greeted when I came in, given my paperwork to update my insurance and my address and such and then soon after called to the back. The doctor was phenomenal , very professional, knowledgeable. Able to find me a good compromise on strength and made the experience great. Dr. Arciaga was great. I originally was going to just have my new prescription put into my frames but after checking the show room; I found a pair I really liked. I was helped by the general manager/specialist. She was great, in the past lenscrafters I've gone to in CT (where I used to live) things always seemed to be done incorrectly, my insurance not used. No issues today, I have really good insurance and I was pleasantly surprised by my lenses and frames ( I have to get expensive thinned out lenses because I have a strong prescription) I was surprised!! This women knew exactly what she was doing and I felt at ease. Definitely a great lenscrafters read more
