My insurance covers $300.00. They instructed me to a wall with about 10 frames that were cheap looking and cost about $20.00 so they're trying to tell me I have to pay $280.00 for single vision lenses that are just for reading. When I asked again, I was told yes, this is what they covered. Would not break down the lenses and frames separately. I called a few optical stores and the going prices for regular single vision polycarbonate lenses are between $60.00 to $120.00 dollars so are they trying to charge $180.00 dollars for frames that look like mediicaid frames. Do not buy glasses from this place and shop around as they are trying to rip off customers. I understand making a profit but cheap looking frames for almost $200.00, I don't think so. Reading glasses in pharmacy look better than these frames.

I really tried to give this place a chance, with no appointment expect to wait 2 hours. They do…read moreyour glasses right then and there and that was an extra 15 minutes. I put my glasses on and my right eye ended up being blurry, I told them that it was and they said because I haven't worn glasses it's gonna be that way, but if you go to an actual eye doctor that never ever happens. So I had to come back a week later to replace them. I had an appointment this time and yet I was still seen 1 hr to 2 hours later. When everyone was just chitchatting in the back and laughing. What's the point of an appointment? I don't recommend this place at all, huge waste of time and money especially. They say they have the BOGO, which I tried to purchase and it came out to both lenses being $400 and when I said charge me for one it was $200 so there's isn't really any type of deal. If I could get a refund and just never return I would. Read the reviews because they're not wrong. Don't come here for an exam or for your lenses. There's definitely better places. My appointment was at 12:45 and I left at 2:30.

I happend to be in the area and popped in. To my surprise the DR is there. She sends my glasses back to get redone. 3 wks later still not right. At this point I requested a refund in July. She did say about 10 bus days for me to get it. Well it's 9-18 and still no refund. This store never answers their phone not even when their own customer service center is trying to reach them. I was told it would be expedited and I will receive it by the end of the week. This was 2 wks ago. Still trying to get my refund. Called again today and now they are telling me they want the lenses back. 2 months later. I already got my glasses redone someplace else. How the hell do you want me to get the lenses back. Lucy is the most DISRESPECTFUL AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. She called me now at 11:52am telling me she was waiting on me to return the lenses. Lucy was the one who took my refund request and told me to keep my glasses. She is now trying to cover her ass by telling me that she never told me that. If you really told me that, then why would u tell me I will receive my refund in 2-3 wks if I still had to go back. I kept asking her for corp phone number to talk to them directly. She hung up on me. That is great customer service. I am writing a complaint to the bbb and will continue to write a bad review and call BBB everyday until this is resolved Avoid this store at ALL costs. If this is how they treat their clients, its not worth going to any eye lab!!!!
