Went there for an eye exam and new frames. Decent selection of frames, I was able to find one that didn't make me look too bad. The doctors visit was quick and precise, excellent work there and professionalism. The blonde manager however, was abit snippy with me and soured my mood towards the end. She pushed sales hard and I felt mildly uncomfortable, as well as having comebacks whenever I said something she didn't quite want to hear. Other then that, pretty average experience. read more

Spent over $400.00 on a pair of frames and lens about a year and half ago. Got a small scratch on the lenses and asked if there was anything that could be done to repair them. I was quoted basically the same price as originally paid for a replacement. At the time I had purchased a protection plan, but it lapsed. My advice... skip this company and buy online with Warby Parker who quoted me the same prescription and a similar frame for half the price. Without insurance or an eye plan. The LensCrafters staff were unwilling to help and kept quoting policy. With dismal reviews and physical stores going the way of the dinosaur I can't say that I'm surprised. read more

I've never been to an eye doctor before so this was a new experience for me. The doctor was nice and the eye exam itself was very quick. I don't have eye insurance so I expected to spend a decent amount of money on my glasses. They had a special going on where if you bought frames you'd get 50% off your lenses. Even with the discount my glasses were SO expensive! I obviously came here for glasses so I sucked it up and bought them. I was able to pick them up that same day. read more

I was looking for new rimless glasses. I had seen them there when I came in with my husband to get his glasses. I picked up five pair and patiently waited for an associate to be free to help me. I asked the older gentleman for his help as I had heard him say he had recently transferred to this location and I thought to myself, oh good! With his experience I'm sure he can help me. The problem I have with glasses is my face is narrow and the lenses are too long and extend over my face. I had my glasses on to show the gentleman the size lenses I needed. I asked him if these lenses in the rimless frames could be cut to the size I currently had. He said no. I said ok, but I need the size I currently have, as they fit me. He replied, you don't like the big lenses? I replied no, their too big for my face. He replied "Well maybe you were born in the wrong era!" I certainly didn't come there to be insulted. He then proceeded to show me other glasses, of which I had no interest at that point. I told him I would go back where I got my current glasses. I did and spent 350.00 for new lenses. You're an optical place and you can't duplicate a lens to fit your frames? Then insult your customer's! No thank you, neither myself or my husband will never come back there! read more

I was standing for 15 minutes and Amy (manager ?) could help me but she chose not to and just looked at her cell phone. When I asked her if she could help me please after 15 minutes waiting since the other 2 associates were busy , she said she's on her lunch break but yet she answered the phone. Then she was helping other associates. She was definitely not on lunch break. She just didn't want to help me. She shouldn't be the manager! read more

Go to any other LensCrafters ..... this one is terrible. I have been there three times and each time there has been issues. I visited there today to have my frames replaced. I was told to have a seat and someone would be right with me... meanwhile three people were sitting behind the desk watching videos. One person was helping customers. Spent over 500 dollars for scratch-resistance lenses & I take proper care of them. Within 60 days they were scratched while cleaning with their products. I went in, in hopes they could take the seal off & reseal (because I believe the scratch resistance is scratched, not the glass) & the eye consultant (women) couldn't help me at all. She "cleaned" my glasses & handed me back more filthy lenses than I gave her. She then told me I'd have to pay over 300 for new lenses. Wtf?! Taking my business else where. Didn't even care about how much I invested. I would give 1 star but there is a man eye consultant there who was amazing. Cleaned & realigned my glasses with his iPad when I first got them. She just put dust on my glasses with her tissues & didn't even try to help me. read more

I just brought my daughter in for contact lens and an eye exam. They even took me in for an eye exam which was great since I rarely schedule my own appointments. The reception and assistant were absolutely wonderful! We laughed and enjoyed our visit far too much. The doctor was also wonderful and was very detailed with my daughter's exam and explained everything to me. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office! A+ service all around. read more

After a NIGHTMARE experience with this store and waiting a month on glasses I decided to cancel the order and go elsewhere. When I went to competitor I found the $140.00 eye exam prescription was missing. I called and they said they would fax it right away. 20 minutes later no fax. Again, I called and was told there was nobody there to fax it. What about the idiot I spoke to? ? It's been 4 hours and still no fax. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these inept, unprofessional individuals!!! read more

After being a customer since 2003 having all my prescriptions filled and repairs made purchasing the insurance on my glasses now 2017. Living in Georgia now have to drive 6 hours to hand deliver my glasses to be repaired having bought the insurance for repairs. Means $200.00 + in Fuel and a nights stay in a hotel hoping they have the parts there to make the repairs is ridiculous and poor customer service. Have spent well over $1000.00 dollars there through the years for myself wife and daughter. Very unhappy my loyalty means nothing to to mention the many referrals through the years which stop today. read more

I strongly disagree with any negative reviews. This is the best eyeglass place. Dr. Feenstra Change my life last year. I had 2-3 years of a nervous eye twitch. I look at a computer screen all day for work, so it greatly affected my life. Dr. Feenstra changed my prescription, and within a week it was gone. It may sound dramatic to say, but that eye exam changed my life. Another time I was very late for an appointment due to a map error, and Dr. Campbell worked me in very quickly and was very nice about it. The ancillary staff was also very helpful and gracious. The store is well organized. Things might be more expensive because it's LensCrafters, but I am very happy with my experience there. I highly recommend this location. read more

I went to the Casselberry Commons Lenscrafters, the first thing was I got an eye examine (01/13/2017) done and the script was wrong. The eye doctor went on vacation and I had to wait to get it corrected. I have yet to receive my script for glasses. I called to try and correct the problem, I was met with excuses and smart remarks. I also called cooperate and put in a complaint still meet with no satisfaction. I will continue to let the public know the awful customer service I received at the Lenscrafters. Horrible customer service. Was here for a check up and ordered contacts to be delivered to my apartment. They never showed and I called back to inquire about it. The person who answered said they were going to research it and call me back. 5 hours passed and I called back to be told that they would be overnighted. They did not show again so I called back to be told that "it's super hard to deliver to an apartment than a home so that's probably the problem but they showed up here to the store." The person on the phone was nice and gave me a 6 month supply for free in addition to 6 month supply I had already purchased but when I went to pick them up they girl behind the desk ignored me and another person helped but seemed bothered by it. The front counter / receptionist staff at this location clearly hate their jobs. They have a "can't do" attitude about everything, and refuse to answer a simple question over the phone. The employees hate it when you call them. Instead of the default assumption for what their customers need being "no", they should try conducting business with a default assumption of "yes". I bet they'd make more money, and have happier customers. I've spent thousands of dollars at this location over 2 years I've been going there, and their staff seem to be a revolving door - 2 general managers in 2 years, and I've never seen the same sales employee twice. Went in for a second opinion due to bad diagnosis from Florida eye clinics winter springs (allegedly had glaucoma) after eye exam was told eyes healthy no signs of glaucoma. The new prescription came back and I can actually see and read from a difference unlike the other ones. This store took care of me and went in my opinion went beyond. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review about a business. I have been a customer at the eye ware store at this location for 22 years (original store was acquired by lens crafters). Service and quality has fallen tremendously with the new management changes. I was in three days ago to purchase some nonprescription sunglasses. After receiving mediocre service, I was overcharged by $42 for a $130 pair of sunglasses. I inquired about the price discrepancy, and the sales agent told me he added a protection plan that management instructs him to add. After mentioning that he should at least mention this plan/fee to me and give me the option to accept it, he became quite rude and asked that I not be critical of him because he was merely trying to do his job. (Apparently his job is to rip off his customers.) The overall experience was dreadful and I will be searching for a new place to bring my business. read more

Slow service and rude staff members. The doctor actually yelled at me for not wanting to take the more expensive eye exam, I had to ask her if she was ok. For my first time ever getting glasses the salesperson was nice, but she pushed some expensive options on me that I later realized I didn't need. I ordered my glasses on a Monday but apparently the order didn't get placed until days later. I've been waiting on glasses for about 2 weeks now. When I called in to ask if my glasses had arrived the employee was rude and insisted I hadn't allowed enough time for the glasses to be received (2 weeks). I normally love Lenscrafters have been going to them for many years Dr Fenster is amazing. Now heres the problem I just stratched my eye am scared to my contacts back in so I called lenscrafters because I know my ins covers glasses also and is on file there. The person I spoke to was no help and told me I had to come in explained tht I cant drive without seeing and there is noone to drive me instead of looking up my information he suggested I just try and drive.
